I need to know who to speak to for being able to first tell them to take their equipment and temporary repair stuff back, and then also to clean up (its been in my place in Orange County, CA for a month now). The only problem is that the technician who left their card doesn't pick up, and their corporate office in Tustin, CA doesn't have a number. I don't want to do anything because I dont want to mess up my neighbours internet. What can I do or who do I need to speak to since their customer service just keeps on bouncing me around?
