back again, and I'm still having issues with 5g

hey folks I'm having issues with the apn settings on my factory unlocked s21 ultra. I can't get lte plus or 5g, and my apn settings are nextgenphone instead of attenhancedphone. the store doesn't know anything, and the tech support people are just as clueless. I need help and I'm at my wits end.

UPDATE so apparently my phone wasn't being recognized in their system as a 5g phone and tech support had to put a different imei on my account just so my phone would get 5g, so it was server side this entire time.
