Is There Something I Can Do for WiFi Fix Myself?

Post Body

Hello, so I’ve been having issues with my wireless internet for a while now. I’ve had 2 techs out in the past 5 months with a 3rd on the way Monday. (First tech increased our speed, second one decreased it because he said we were going over the 100% threshold which caused our gateway to stutter and shut off).

The WiFi was fine after the second visit but for the past 7 days, the WiFi goes out from 11am-4pm. Then finally, tonight it just went out all together.

Is there anything that I’m possibly doing wrong or is there a remedy to fix this? Is there any separate line I can talk to that helps me more than “turn it off and then on again”? Thanks in advance!
