I've been on the phone with technical support and they are of no help.
I'm experiencing packet loss issues, can not even use ssh or uploading small 400 kilobyte files.
A traceroute from the ATT firewall shows packet loss from outside the network.

Anyone have a method for getting ahold of someone who is not typical level 0 tech support to understand and handle this issue?
