So I work in customer care for ATT and yesterday in our ordering system it showed unlimited choice and unlimited plus as retired. We were quickly told it was an error and to carry on as usual. So today I’m talking to my manager and another manager comes up and says “so I found out why the unlimited plans were showing as retired”. He goes on to say that originally those plans were supposed to go away yesterday and be replaced by new unlimited offerings called “unlimited choice and more”, “unlimited plus and more”, and I think he said the third was “unlimited max” or something along those lines. He also said there will be new mobile share advantage plans. All of these are supposed to be coming mid January.
