Hello so I had debt with AT&T and it was pretty bad. I was coerced into sending a photo of my ID, and he was able to pull up my account information from his skills in computer technlology. He was also a Coorperate worker in ATnT and he worked with 2 other agents in secret to bypass credit checks and being able to only have to pay the taxes (ie$100=Iphone 14Pro Max) got 12 IPhone 14 pro maxes and it tanked my credit. I had a total of 12k on my debt and it was an active account with it going into collections.

I submitted an identity theft and he got put in jail for identity theft and was confirmed from my email I received after I reported it to the ATnT Fraud team.

So l disputed the debt on CFPS, and I was able to get a removal of the ATnT debt off my credit. I've been wanting to swap back to AT&T due to the better service connection I get.

With the account being removed from my credit, if I go back to AtnT, will they see that $12k debt? Or will I be able to apply for a phone with them.
