Signed up 09/17 to switch from Verizon. Got home and reviewed the paperwork to find that the person at the store had signed me up for all kinds of stuff I didnāt want and had declined. Tried making an account to correct but couldnāt because I never received an FAN pin. Tried 611 literally 20 times and have gotten shuffled back and back and back and forth. Tried going back to the store and was told Iād have to call 611 again. Iāve literally wasted 10 hours of my life on this just trying to access my account. Constant hold, dropped calls, always someone saying theyāre āchecking this info real quickā. On hold with someone right now who Iāve explained it to maybe 20 times at this point.
