Android Auto keeps crashing on A6PF

I recently bought an Atoto A6PF it works amazingly when it doesn't crash. The crashes are random. I can be using android auto for an hour straight and out of nowhere it crashes 4-5 times before working again consistently. I updated the firmware and the issue is still there. Maybe I should reset the head unit?
