Hello! I’m currently looking to rent a room, preferably in the Atlanta ITP area but at this point anything goes as long as I can commute to Chamblee where I work. A little about me, I’m currently employed in lawn care and mosquito control, I get paid salary so my pay is dependable and on time. I mainly like to keep to myself and just relax when at home, but I’m what you could call an extroverted introvert, so I definitely don’t mind socializing and get togethers if that’s your thing. I have a girlfriend who I spend about atleast 3-4 days a week with, so with that combined with full time work I wouldn’t be home super often. I do have a 4 year old son who comes to visit me every weekend apart from the last weekend of the month, however I typically take him to spend time with my girlfriend and her daughter, if not I like to take him out and about as opposed to sitting around the house all day, so we wouldn’t be in your way or interfere with any weekend plans of my roommate. He’s a fun loving and respectful kid who loves video games and playing outside, and isn’t the kind of kid who’s going to be screaming and causing constant disruption in the house. My main stipulation would be obviously I can’t have my kid in a house that cigs or MJ are being smoked inside the house. Outside is no issue. My budget goes up to about 900 comfortably but really the lower the better as I’d like to be able to save most of my checks so I can work on getting a place of my own. Feel free to DM any questions!
