Hey all, I'm searching for a place to move in the duluth, tucker, Chamblee, Brookhaven area if possible. I'm 34yo and a Caucasian male. I have a well trained doberman mix, and am 420 friendly. I have a consistent job, 6am-3pm typically M-F as a Food Service Director. I'm looking for a place preferably with a room with its own bathroom if possible. I am lifestyle friendly, but don't typically have many of my own guests. I do have my own vehicle I'd need to park somewhere. I'm good with month to month, six month, a year. Nothing beyond that.

I won't front, my credit is shit. I racked up some debt last year for a wedding and then my partner left me early this year with my hands full of debt lots of regret 🙃. But I have the check stubs to verify steady solid income as well as lots of side work going on. Some outstanding loans/bills are coming to an end this month so finances are only getting better. Just need to find someone willing to take that chance.
