Confirmation - New Shares did NOT add to Public Float - 8K FORM

I am all in again on ATER. I looked at the SEC Filings on Aterian's Investor Relations and received confirmation that the 9.3M shares that were issued in payment of the debt cannot be sold without being registered (which to my knowledge they haven't since 9/24).
