Just got my CIL- Medical history question

back in August of 2014 I had a Traumatic pneumothorax (collapsed lung in football) the FAA medical examiners book mentions this about it Pneumothorax - Traumatic All Submit all pertinent medical information and current status report. If 3 months after resolution - Issue
I'm confused as to what the 3 months after resolution means?? Help clarify please, I don't see any others that mention 3 months after resolution
