CIVTAK for airsoft in europe

I have heard of ATAK being a really effective mapping tool, and I would like to try it out with a few friends for airsoft.
The problem I ran into is that i cant get any useable maps for europe/hungary for the life of me, looked here for awnsers, a 3 year old posts github link to europe maps is dead, and I cant import joshuafullers github .rar, despite seeing it on the import->local SD screen, I press OK and nothing happens.
One of my friends use iTAK, and he has apple maps by default.
So as a last resort im asking for your help
