Maximus extreme 13 m.2 usb 3.0 not working

Anyone heard of this issue ? Switched motherboard and this bad boy doesn’t read my boot drive or any m.2 on the lower pci e lane. It does however read the m.2 I’m the dim exapansion slot ? Really don’t want to return this fucker. Just installed a custom loop.
