Issues With CPU Usage

Ever since I bought this computer last year I have been having issues with CPU usage and temperature.
The computer is a Rog Zephyrus GU502DU, With The Amd Ryzen 7 3750H, And the Nvidia GTX 1660TI with Q-Max.
Since new very simple games like CSGO Will easily put the CPU into 90°C range, Any help will be appreciated, side note, google chrome and task manager open at the same time make the CPU sit at 95% usage. Thanks.
