Question concerning my Scar 16 that just arrived

Is it normal for it to be so stripped down? No Armoury Crate so where do i change keyboard colors and all that? When i change my accent colors in the settings, it changes the RGB's to that color. How in the world am i supposed to mess with the RGB controls?
Also, no Nvidea app, so i guess i just go online to find drivers? It's very strange, not to even have Armoury Crate. Like how do i change power settings??
I don't even have a single Asus app? This is strange.
