Dead pixels at the bottom of the screen at 120 Hz but not at 60?

ROG Zephyrus G14. First photo is 120, second is 60. I had this issue this morning, I carried the laptop around a bit and it was fixed. I let it sleep for about an hour, turned it back on, and the issue was back. Is my display going?
