So this morning I spoke with aces because I was having the SD card reader issued everybody has been facing, luckily I am still under warranty and I was able to get my Asus rog Ally sent in for free. However I made a very critical mistake I left my 512 gig SD card in my device and the instructions clearly stated that I needed to take everything that was third party out.

With that being said I called customer support and I updated them on the situation and the representative said he would update my ticket for me but he did mention my device would be lost even though he would inform the technicians that my SD card was in there.

With this being said has anybody had this issue and will I get my SD card back!?
