Can someone PLEASE help me with armoury crate and how its permanently messed up my fans.

For some stupid reason I decided to run the armoury crate fan tuning software. After it did that, it left my fans running at full speed. I can't change it in bios or anything.
If I uninstall armoury crate. My fans are normal. The moment I reinstall it, full speed. I can't change it in the software anymore. It just won't load.
I've used the official uninstaller.
But I need armoury crate for my aura and animatrix. What do I do. How do I fix these fan curves.
