Question for the ultras regarding banner

I don't know how many of the organised ultras are part of this sub, not even how they're actually organised within the Curva, with all the different fanclubs or sections they seem to have.

I've always wanted to make contact with them but was a bit afraid I'd not be welcomed because I'm not from Rome nor living there. If anyone is reading this and could help me out: I wanted to know how bringing banners to the Curva is handled. I have one on my balcony here which I'd love to bring, I've been wanting to do this for a while, maybe take pictures to commemorate it, that would mean a lot to me.
