Stuck at POST: DRAM & CPU

Post Body

Hi - I concluded a build for my son about 2 weeks ago. Yesterday night he was gaming fine. Before going to sleep he shutdown the computer. This morning it would not POST. He thought it was the GPU, so he tested the monitors and all was fine. When he called me to take a look, I saw that it would not post and CPU and DRAM LEDs were on. I cleared the CMOS twice, reseated the DRAM, checked the main connections and all looks good. Right now I am letting it POST in the odd ball chance clearing the CMOS worked but it is taking a long time to re-train memory. I will give it some 15 minutes, as I heard of training taking that long, but I am not optimistic.

One last thing, I notice my system (7700x asrock B650e) posting goes very quickly from CPU to DRAM. His PC goes immediately to CPU DRAM. Video shows his POST.

Any other thoughts or suggestions?

Specs:

Ryzen 7800 X3D (plain vanilla PBO before cleaning CMOS) Asrock B650e Riptide Wifi GPU gigabyte 3060ti Eagle Trident Z5 RGB 6000 (was in EXPO before cleaning CMOS) 16x2 GB

Lian li 360 GA II SL Inf AIO (head lights went off a few days ago - a problem we have been having, but pump seems to be working and thermal shutdown would have prevented damage to the CPU in any event).

Thoughts, please?
