B760 will not boot after adding Ram

I am trying to add Ram to my B760 Pro Wifi.
I currently have in it a 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-13900K 3.00 GHz, Ram configured as below.
I am trying to add another 32 GB (2x16 GB) Corsair Vengance DDR5 6000 MHz
After I add the new memory modules the computer will not bot. I can't even get into the BIOS.
What am I doing wrong?
