A320m/AC dilemma with fans

Hello everyone
I recently installed 3 AF 120 Rgb Corsair fans to my PC. I have an A30M/AC board. The fans came in with a controller called that I was able to install easily. At first the fans didn't turn on but the RGB did. Then I realized the fans need to be on the CHA_FAN2 connector once I did that they powered up.
It was a 4 pin connector with a slider so I was able to connect it easily.
The issue that I cant seem to be able to control the fan speed on the fans ?
Any help is appreciated
