need help with x570 phantom gaming 4

I have an ASRock phantom gaming 4 wifi ax Mobo and I used my 1600af to update the bios and the computer booted up. I shut it down, swapped in my Ryzen 5 5500, and the computer wouldn't post, the CPU and case fans would spin, nothing from the GPU. 2 red LEDs CPU and dram. I shut down, swap the 1600af back in, same issue. I unplugged everything and plugged it back in, nothing. I've tried both CPUs, and moving the ram around, swapped in other ram from the working computer. I don't know what to do, I can't get the PC to post
