Description: Your wife has been working a lot this week...maybe a little too much...

Wife: "Hey darling, I uh...have a question to ask."

Wife: "Well... is it normal for the coffee machine to spew out green sludge?"

Wife: Nervous laugh. "It isn't? well... okay then."

Wife: "N-No!! there's no need for you to go to the kitchen!!!"

Wife: Embarrassed noises.

Wife: "Okay fine, I messed up the kitchen."

Wife: "I was just trying to make myself a regular coffee."

Wife: "What did put into the machine?"

Wife: "I-I....uhhhhh..."

Wife: "I actually can't remember...heh."

Wife: "What are you doing?"

Wife: "You don't have to check if I'm sick, I feel fine."

Wife: "Yeah I'm very tired, but it's okay, it's just been a rather long day at work."

Wife: "Why I was making a coffee then? well to be more energetic of course so I could spend time with you!"

Wife: "Yeah, I know you haven't really seen me much this week, except for when I'm sleeping in bed."

Wife: Sighs. "Maybe I should've just bought one on the way home."

Wife: "Don't worry about it, I'll just clean this up and then I'll make myself another, you can decide on what we'll do together in the meantime."

Sound of the listener picking her up as she lets out a surprised squeak.

Wife: "H-Hey!! what are you doing, put me down!"

Wife: "But I made the mess, why should you have to clean it up?"

Wife: "Where are we going anyways?"

Wife: "The bedroom?"

Sound of the listener putting her down on the bed, wrapping her up in blankets.

Wife: "Hey! let me out! don't just roll me up like some burrito!!"

Wife: "No, I don't want to go to bed yet, I want to spend time with you."

Wife: "I don't care if I need sleep, I want to be there for you."

Wife: "Since the start of the week I've just been working and sleeping, all because Stacy quit without notice."

Wife: Whining noises.

Wife: "Hmph...fine! I'll go to sleep, but I promise we will spend time together tomorrow okay?"

Wife: "Alright."

Sound of her giving the listener a kiss.

Wife: "After this week I'm gonna take a vacation."

Wife: "I don't care if my boss will like it or not, she's been working me to the bone."

Wife: "She'll have no workers left if she treats them like that."

Wife: "Yeah I know, Stacy leaving without notice would be a bit of a nightmare to manage."

Wife: "But that doesn't excuse the fact that I seem to get more work than some of the others."

Wife: "And I'm gonna make it up for the mess I made."

Wife: "Oh yes I will."

Wife: "Can you please play with my hair?"

Wife: "Thanks, darling."

Sounds of the listener playing with her hair as she falls asleep.

Audio slowly fades out.
