Sound of her entering through the front door, moving through the living room.

Sound of her putting wood pieces in the furnace and starting a fire.

Girlfriend: Sighs. "There we go, much better."

Sound of quick footsteps rushing towards her.

Girlfriend: "Huh?"

Sound of the listener tightly hugging her, pulling her down to the floor.

Girlfriend: Getting squeezed. "Oh hello my darling!~"

Girlfriend: Giggles. "You've sure missed me!"

Sound of the listener giving her a bunch of kisses all over her face, ending with a very long one on the lips.

Girlfriend: "Hey, don't worry darling, my mission is done and I'm not leaving again."

Girlfriend: "Yes, I told the princess that I want to spend time with you darling."

Girlfriend: "I did, and I don't have anything else to do tomorrow."

Girlfriend: Giggles. "No and not the day after that either."

Girlfriend: "With all of my missions, especially the ones from the princess, we now have more than enough money."

Girlfriend: "Don't fret my darling, I can just go to the market whenever we need something."

Girlfriend: "No it's fine, I don't mind that you're shy, your golden heart is what matters to me."

Girlfriend: "Hmm? Sorry, what was that? that was a bit too quiet for me to hear."

Girlfriend: Gasps. "Darling!!"

Girlfriend: "Don't ever say that again! of course I love you!"

Girlfriend: "I know I've been out pretty frequently, but that isn't because of you! and neither are you useless!!!"

Girlfriend: "Of course not, the princess has just been giving me a lot of tasks to do, she trusts me to do them as I have more experience than the majority of her guards."

Girlfriend: Giggles. "No I don't like the princess, my heart only belongs to you, so please don't fear, and never say something like that again."

Sound of her stroking the listener's hair.

Girlfriend: "I love you so, so much! I'm the happiest as can be!"

Girlfriend: "You're my darling, my special one, I'm never going to leave you for someone else."

Girlfriend: "The princess might be nice, but she isn't my type, and we don't know each other enough to even be proper friends."

Sound of her kissing the listener.

Girlfriend: "Oh darling please don't apologize, you did nothing wrong."

Girlfriend: "It's okay to get worried, and I understand why you get worried."

Girlfriend: "I know you got your heart broken in the past, it's perfectly reasonable for you to worry that it'll happen again."

Girlfriend: "You've been so brave, putting all this trust in me, living together with me, all of that despite your fears."

Girlfriend: "Yes you are darling, you're brave, much braver than me!"

Girlfriend: "I might go out there and fight enemy armies, creatures that terrorize the villages, but I could never face love again after I've been betrayed, I would never be strong enough for that."

Girlfriend: "Yes! your strength is so much more important than the physical strength I possess."

Girlfriend: "Ssshh, I'm here my darling, I've come back to you safe and sound, and I won't be leaving for another mission a long while from now."

Girlfriend: Giggles. "Of course darling, we can stay like this for as long as you want."

Girlfriend: "This is exactly what I've been thinking about while riding home, just you in my arms in front of the nice warm fire, letting you listen to my heartbeat as I stroke your hair."

Sound of her moving the listener even closer to her, letting them hear her heartbeat in their left ear.

Girlfriend: "Ssshh, just relax darling, I'm here for you."

Girlfriend: "We have nothing to do, nothing to worry about, just each other."

Girlfriend: "Don't apologize, I can cook dinner for us later, I even got us some fresh fruits and vegetables."

Girlfriend: "Just listen to my heart and relax, sssshhh, just relax..."

Sound of her giving the listener a gentle kiss on the forehead.

Girlfriend: Whispering. "I've got you, and I'm not letting you go, never."

Audio slowly fades out as only the sounds of the fire, her heart, and her stroking the listener's hair can be heard.
