I got this idea earlier today and entered a fugue to crank this script out. Yes, it is absolutely inspired by Salem Audio's werewolf salon audio from a while back. As always, monetization is fine, just please credit me and let me know if you use this script, and have fun!

[Door opens, little bell chime]

Hello there! Welcome to the Belle Bestia Demi-Human Salon. My name is [name], at your service. What can I do for you today? [---] Yes, we absolutely do walk-ins, if we have openings. And lucky for you, we’re having a pretty laid back day so far. Is this your first time with us? [---] Oh, no worries. It’s always nice to see a new face. In that case, could I get your name?

[---] Very good! Now, I notice that you’re a naga. We have a few special options for you, if you’re interested. [---] Of course. You can get Complete package, where I tend to your tail as well as give you the usual salon treatment, you know, your hair, facial, manicure, so on. Or if you’re here for something health-related, like if you have any mites in your scales or stuck shed, there’s an Upkeep package to get those sorted out before they start to seriously affect you. Alternatively, if you’d just like your scales shined up, there’s also the Aesthetic package.

[---] Complete it is. I’ll just get you checked in here… [typing for a moment] Alright, follow me! We have a special room for nagas through this door back here. [---] Really? You’ve never been to a salon before? [---] Oh, yeah, I’ve heard some places are careless. They advertise themselves as offering services for Demi-Humans, but they don’t have the space or know-how to accommodate your needs. It’s understandable that you were nervous about trying this out. But I promise you, you don’t need to be nervous with us.

[door open and closes - you can add some jungle ambiance and slight echo/reverb as well if you’d like]

Here we are. [---] Well, we need it to be so wide to accommodate that tail of yours. Let me check the thermometer to make sure the water is the right temperature… Yes, it’s good! We also have that heated rock platform in the center there. You can coil your tail around it or lay your upper body on it, whichever makes you more comfortable. [---] Sure, whenever you’re ready! I just need to get these boots on before I go in.

[listener moves into shallow water]

How is it? [---] Wonderful! That’s something else I’ve heard, some other salons make the water too hot. Not great for your health, either. Ah, sorry, I don’t mean to badmouth the competition. [chuckle] [---] Very good, if you’re settled in, let’s get started.

[soft water sounds throughout from this point on as speaker gently washes listener’s tail]

[---] Oh yes, we know many naga come from swampy regions, so we have this soft lighting and plant life to match in the pool room. Whatever we can do to help you feel right at home. [---] Unfortunately, most of the plants are fake. A lot of swamp flora doesn’t do well once you take it out of its environment. The pads and water lilies floating on the pool itself are real, though. [---] Yes, we did also have to leave out the swamp smells. A lot of people don’t seem to find those as relaxing.

[beat] Your scales are such a lovely color. It compliments your hair nicely. Very smooth, as well. I can tell you look after them well. [---] Oh, there’s no need to be bashful! Do you live here in the city? [---] Mmhm, I’ve heard other nagas say they find living in busy areas like this stressful. Very easy for your tail to get banged up in all the hustle and bustle if you’re not careful, apparently. It’s nice to see someone taking such good care of themselves. That’s all I mean to say.

[---] Oh yes, we pride ourselves on ensuring our patrons are comfortable. We have another room for driders, with the lighting turned down low and the temperature nice and cool to simulate their underground homes. [---] No, unfortunately we only have space and resources to set up rooms for the people who really need it. But we still do what we can for more conventionally humanoid beastfolk.

[---] Well, many inu get uncomfortable during long grooming sessions. If we have someone who wants a lot done and we notice them starting to get antsy, we have a little treat jar at each station. A little snack often helps them settle back down. And of course, we have special ear sleeves for them, nekos, usagi, kitsune, anyone with a pair of soft, sensitive ears on top of their heads. [---] Yes, we just put these little caps over their ears to keep anything from getting into them.

[---] No, sadly, we don’t have anything for merfolk. They have a lot of difficulty on dry land, so it would be hard for them to even get here. I know some communities on large bodies of water offer salon services for their merfolk neighbors, though. [---] Oh yes, they have a houseboat or an establishment along the docks. Then they get a shallow pool or tank closer to the water, where the merfolk can hop right in. [---] Apparently a lot of merfolk really enjoy these services. We have materials and tools up here that are hard to come by down where they are, so they consider that stuff a real luxury. It’s all a matter of perspective, I guess.

[chuckle] Hello? You’re looking a bit sleepy there. [---] Of course, I can give you the rest of the treatment here! Technically we’re not supposed to use shampoo and conditioner in the pool, out of consideration for guests who might use it later that day. But we’re getting near to closing time, and we don’t have any nagas booked after you today. We can stay, if you’d like.

[---] No worries, we drain and wash the pool every day after closing, so it’ll be nice and clean again for anyone tomorrow. I’m glad you find the warm water so relaxing. [---] Yeah, it is chilly outside today, isn’t it? Isn’t it supposed to be Spring? [---] Of course, you settle back down. I’m going to brush your hair out first, just to make sure there’s no hidden knots or tangles.

[water sounds stop - brushing hair now]

[---] If you fall asleep? Well, I will have to wake you up at closing time, I’m afraid. But it’s perfectly fine if you doze off for a bit. Our neko patrons often sleep through their sessions. I’m used to it. [---] Just as I thought. Your hair is smooth and well-kept, as well. [---] I’m sorry, I don’t mean to fluster you. Like I said, it just makes me happy to see people taking good care of themselves.

[---] Not used to so many compliments, huh? Hm, that won’t do. Someone as well put-together as you ought to be swimming in praise. Tell you what: I’m going to make it my mission today to change that. I’ll do my best work for you. Sound good? [---] Oh, no worries! Like I said, you’ve clearly put the work in yourself. You deserve to reap some benefits.

[brushing hair stops] There you go. Now, could you turn over for me, so I can start with the shampoo? [---] Thank you. [water sounds as speaker begins to wash the listener’s hair] My, you really are dozing off. [---] Still in hibernation mode, huh? Oof, I feel that. Winter was rough this year. You relax now. I’ll finish your treatment up, and then wake you just before we close. [---] Of course! Have a nice nap. [fade out to soft hair washing/water sounds]
