INTERIOR : PSYCH WARD INTERVIEW ROOM - DAY

Undergoing a daily one on one session inside one of the facilities interview room with your attending physician whom you have been obsessing over with. You brought your drawings this time since he asked you to bring them. He is sitting right across from you. He seems a little guarded as always and keeps it professional whenever he is dealing with you during these sessions and it annoys you most of the time.

(Y/N morning) ( happy, excited tone ) Good morning to you too doctor, its nice to see you again. As promised, I brought some of my sketches today since you want to see them.

​

(Y/N fear ) Why can't you look at me directly in the eye? did I do something that made you feel uncomfortable? (short pause) though I do have an idea as to why you're acting this way towards me.

​

(hint of annoyance tone) I bet one of those nosy staffs have already told you about the little mishap that happened yesterday. I am telling you now, that it wasn't my fault at all. I was provoked by that new patient which lead to a commotion. She was saying that you two would look good together despite other residents telling her not to say such things whenever I am around. She was asking for it. I didn't liked that idea of hers so I grabbed her long hair, wrapped it around her neck and tried strangling her with it. Unfortunately my efforts of ending her fantasy was put to waste because the staff saw us and yanked me off that deluded bitch.

(Y/N isolate ) (Whiny tone) I will be put on isolation because of the incident? not again (short pause ) (calm tone) but... you ought to know that such treatment no longer faze me. Being inside that dark, cold, padded room is somewhat a usual occurrence for me these days and I have grown to get used to being dumped in that area whenever I do something troublesome.

(Y/N sorry ) Sorry?... who me?! I do not feel any remorse about what I did to that newcomer. All I know is that what I did to her was 100% justifiable. She shouldn't be dipping her dirty hands into other people's cookie jar and expect to get away with it scathe free. Not on my watch. I value you too dearly doctor and I am not letting someone like her interfere with what we have.

(Y/N patient ) (hint of annoyance tone) I know that you are only my doctor and I am your patient. I have known it since the very beginning because you keep reminding me of that fact almost every day, every hour, every minute and every second during our one on one sessions. I find it annoying to be honest. Why do you always have to put a wall between us?

​

(calm, hopeful tone) I find all of this so unfair. If the circumstances were different I am pretty sure that the both of us could take this doctor-patient relationship even further but for now, I'll just continuously cooperate with the program until I get better and hope that when that time comes, you will take everything that I say seriously doctor.

​

(excited, proud tone) By the way do you like the artworks that I have with me today? I poured my heart and soul into making all of them. I've been experiencing less psychotic episodes because of drawing. I am mostly sketching our possible future together. I drew our country style home surrounded with white picket fences, our two dogs running in the background and the two of us happily chasing after them. I added texture on the dogs fur by glueing snippets of my hair into the drawing to make it look a bit more realistic.

(Y/N point) (calm, dismissive tone) What are those? well... that will be the consequence that would befall those people who gets in the way of our love. In that drawing, I hang them all up on the tree by their necks and set them on fire. I put smiley faces on them to make it less gore for you doctor, I do hope you appreciate that tiny detail.

(Y/N give) (calm, hopeful tone) I don't want these sketches, you can have them for now. You can give them back to me once I get released out of this institution. You'll keep my drawings safe til then, right doctor?

​

(Y/N discuss ) You have something important to discuss with me? what is it?

​

(Y/N explain) (surprised tone) Starting tomorrow you will no longer be my attending physician?

​

(happy tone) I knew it!!

(short pause)

​

(happy tone) I knew you would quit your job so that we could be together. You will be able to show the extent of your love to me freely without holding yourself back anymore. From the start, this profession of yours is a hindrance that prevented us from closing this gap between each other. I predicted that this day would come, and now here it is. This is such great news to me and I have never felt this happy before.

(Y/N wrong) I... got it all wrong? what... do you mean?

​

(Y/N transfer) You are going to be transferred into another unit of the hospital?!

​

(mad tone) Why are you leaving me here?! I thought we have something special between us!

​

(mad tone) Calm down? you expect me to calm down after that shocking revelation that you dropped on me?

​

( somewhat whisper, defeated tone) You are just like the rest of them... all of you couldn't handle the monstrosity of my love. When it gets tough to handle on your end, you all leave me to rot in here.

​

(somewhat whisper, defeated tone ) I saw something different in you when we first met, I thought, aha! this could be the one. I guess I'm wrong again (you chuckle a little)

​

(calm composed tone) Can I have my drawings back please?

​

( rip drawings sfx, make little grunts (argh!) as you rip the drawings, take your time with this. )

(calm, composed tone ) I believe that this session is finally over. Goodbye doctor.
