Whew... this place is an eyesore both inside and out. (y/n and? ) wait... there are two X marked spots in here though, one in the basement and one on the 4th floor... (y/n says friends are assholes) I agree they are total assholes I guess they're trying to keep us in here a little longer than expected.

So what shall we do? (y/n split up) you want us to split up because it'd be faster to find the item? okay. (y/n will go to basement ) and you'll go down the basement? are you trying to put on a brave act right now or what? (y/n annoyed ) fine, you'll be the one going down the basement and I'll be searching on the 4th floor.

Here... take the map (y/n refuse) take it, I don't need it, you need it more than I do and besides I already took a photo of it with my phone for reference, just in case I get lost, which I doubt would happen.

(y/n hesitates to tell you something) what is it tell me? (y/n explains ) sooo... you want me to stay on call with you the entire time while we search both areas separately and not hang up until we meet right back at this spot, is that it? (y/n nods) okay baby...

(y/n ask how do you know ) Do you think your friends will risk their lives climbing up those rickety stairs over there? (y/n NO)

These stairs here looks more solid than the other one, a bit creaky... but alot safer. Careful...they are quite slippery too because of the moss. ( creaky stairs sfx )

Here we are... we better start searching... (rustling/moving stuff around sfx )

(y/n found it) You found what? Is that it? (y/n nods ) is that what I think it is?! (y/n funny) funny? this isnt funny! you need to reevaluate your friends or I'll rearrange their faces on a daily basis! your so called "friends"... are piece of shits.

They know you are too proud to admit that you're scared being inside this place, they tried to sabotage you by marking 2 different spots in this map (slam map on table sfx) you know what upsets me even more?! the idea that you couldve gotten yourself hurt because of the latter.
