I am a pretty monotone individual, I somewhat have issues with putting out the right emotions for this one.

Whew! I'm sorry to keep you waiting for so long, I was suppose to come early but I got caught up with trying to cram stuff inside this tiny basket. I brought alot of stuff with me than I should've had.

You know instead of judging me, you could've atleast offered some needed assistance to carry all this stuff over here but its alright, since this was my idea, all you have to do is to just let me do this for you okay?... just sit back and relax.

The weather is nice isn't it? such a great day to have a cozy picnic and spend time with you. Just the right amount of sunlight beaming down on us and cool breeze... just how you prefer your weathers to be.

Let me place the picnic blanket first before I place this basket down. There... all set. You can sit here if you want, or you could just lay comfortable there... that works too.

Care to guess what I have in store for us today? hmmm?...huh! you guessed wrong sucker! Guessing games is not your forte, you're always bad at it.

Move over a little, I need to sit down too you know, I wouldn't want to squish you with this ass, though we both know you'd love that don't you?

Alright! I'm gonna open this basket and you won't believe what I got for us. What is it? you know me too well! and you are right... I got us all covered.

Let see what we have right here... a box of freshly baked chocolate chip cookies, wanna know where I got them? well... I baked them myself! quite surprising right?! Don't worry they are edible and I added alot more choco chips in the mix just for you.

Next is... tada!!! your favorite, lasagna. No! I didn't cook this, your mom dropped them off the other day since she knows I'll be visiting you. Hey baby?... do you think your mom won't mind if I ask her for the recipe? She won't? I'll ask her then.

And last on our menu, we have... a bottle of your favorite red wine. What? Its too early for wine? now, now... before you lose your calm. I promise that I'll only take one little sip... pfft...I can already sense your disapproval boiling so I have a canister of water with me, for us to share instead. Are you happy now? good.

I also have with me a bluetooth speaker, a book and a surprise that I'll give to you later. You want it now?... NOPE. Patience is a virtue, you can have it later okay?

So... where do we start huh?...I guess we can talk first since I'm not that hungry. You want to talk too right? How are you?... I know, I know you are doing fine. Fine is an understatement actually.

You wanna know how I'm doing? well... I enrolled myself in a baking class a couple of weeks ago hence the cookies, cool right? Admit it... you didn't think I'd be capable of doing such a thing but once you taste my cookies it'll rock your world. No pun intended.

Hey, I am happy that I get to see you, are you happy to see me too? yeah... I should've come sooner. You understand right? I know you do. You have prepared me for this... you believed in me that I would be ready once this all unfolds. I just needed more time baby... here I am now.

Crying! me!? I am not crying i just felt something poke my eye. You're the one who is a crybaby here not me. Nothings wrong with my voice! I uh... uhm... I just need water, I am parched.

Anyways, listen to this (Halo By Beyonce playing thru the speakers)... No! we are not turning up the volume higher than this! Please be considerate of your neighbors okay? and this not a boring song. I know you love the classics, but just bear with this one for now. Good right? it reminded me of you... that I will always be surrounded by your embrace no matter where I am. Cheesy? (chuckle) I know you love it when I'm extra cheesy.

You won't mind if I lay down next to you right? its been awhile. Mmmm... I miss this. You miss this too?! I bet you do. Don't be shy, you can snuggle up next to me if you want, you were always the cuddle bug so there's no need for awkwardness at this point.

I plan on reading you a book but maybe some other time. Do you recall what happened to that book I gave you on your last birthday, you used it as a door stopper. You hated it? i know that too... but seeing your face all scrunched upon seeing it that day was priceless. What do you have against E.L James anyways?!

Wanna know a little secret?... I am in pain. It's excruciating and I feel it all over baby. You feel it it too?... it's too consuming and it drowns me over and over and over. The process of losing you was painful but the reality solidifies it even more. I can do this right? I promised you that I would keep moving forward but I'm allowed to stumble a couple of steps back right?

I still feel your warmth in the places we've been to, I feel it from the people whom we've shared our journey with... your warmth flows through them all and I find it as a source of motivation to go on little by little by myself. I am glad you have shared a piece of your lifetime with me. You do know that I won't forget you right? you will always live on with me through our memories...
