I will probably have scripts with more "regular content" coming soon, but I had this idea and just couldn't seem to get anywhere with any of my other scripts until I got this out of my system. Pretty short ~3 minute prompt.
Wrote this because I feel grief and grieving need to be explored more on the spectrum of emotions that get represented. It's a deeply personal and critical process that helps the living truly live and survive something as traumatizing as loss.
Premise: Visiting the grave of a loved one with a letter you want them to “have”.
For voice actors, if this interests you, I believe it might be a pretty solid opportunity to explore a range that you might not generally get to. As for any listeners, I hope it resonates with and hopefully comforts anyone who might be going through the isolating experience of grieving alone. However please note that there is no overt VA-listener "relationship" in this script, so I totally get how this probably won’t float everyone’s boat since a lot of content is primarily listener-centric.
In any case, here's the script. (Go get that Oscar! Lmao)
