Background outdoor ambiance.

Sound of her walking over to the listener.

Queen: "Excuse me, may I talk with you?"

Queen: "Oh nono, get off the floor, it's too cold out here."

Queen: "You don't need to bow for me either, it's fine."

Queen: "What's wrong?"

Queen: "Huh?"

Queen: "Oh!"

Queen: "Don't worry, they're my guards, they won't hurt you."

Queen: "Could you two give us some privacy?"

Queen: "Don't worry, it won't be long."

Queen: Whispers. "Sssh, I'm getting there."

Queen: Whispers. "Shush, just go!"

Sound of the two guards leaving.

Queen: Awkward. "Sorry about that."

Queen: "Yes, I saw you earlier before the meeting, you were talking with archivist Ms. Lavender right?"

Queen: "Oh, I didn't know that."

Queen: "No she never mentioned that she had to take a carriage to come here."

Queen: "Not that I remember no, but I'm sure she would've mentioned you if she wasn't so busy."

Queen: "Yeah, she's always looking for something to do."

Queen: "But that's why I made her the head of the archive."

Queen: "Well thank you for helping her come here every day, I really appreciate it."

Queen: "Oh, no that wasn't what I came to talk about."

Queen: "I, eh."

Queen: Nervous laugh.

Queen: "Well when I saw you earlier you made quite the impression on me, I don't know what it was but...I just knew that I had to talk to you."

Queen: Getting flustered. "I-I think you're very cute and pretty, so I wanted to ask if perhaps you'd like to have dinner with me."

Queen: "No, just you and me."

Queen: "They can be overprotective at times, but they know I can stand on my own."

Queen: "To be honest I'm not really into big fancy parties or any of these meetings, I'd much rather spend my time out on a quest or hanging out with my friends."

Queen: "So if you're not really into dinner then perhaps we could just take a walk instead."

Queen: "Huh?"

Queen: "Uhm."

Queen: "Well I've never actually been on a date before."

Queen: "A lot of my focus was always on training and going on quests."

Queen: "People did ask me out but...no one ever caught my interest."

Queen: "Until you that is."

Queen: "As I said, I think you're very cute, and you have a pretty laugh."

Queen: "Yes, I heard it earlier."

Queen: "No it is, it's a beautiful sound."

Queen: Even more flustered. "N-No one has ever complimented my voice before."

Queen: "Thank you, I appreciate it."

Queen: "I wish I knew how to put these feelings into words."

Queen: "All I know is that I want to get closer to you."

Queen: "Be that over dinner, on a walk, or doing something else, I don't mind."

Queen: "But I understand if perhaps this was too sudden or you maybe don't-"

She gets cut off.

Queen: "....So does that mean?"

Queen: "Oh that's wonderful!"

Sound of her picking the listener up and hugging them tightly.

Queen: Gasps. "Oh I'm so sorry."

Queen: "I didn't hurt you right?"

Sound of her placing them back down again.

Queen: "S-Sorry about that."

Queen: "When I get excited I just want to hug someone."

Queen: "O-Oh, thank you."

Queen: "I work out every day."

Queen: "Thank you for noticing."

Queen: "So what day would you like to go out?"

Queen: "Friday works well with me, yeah."

Queen: "I could show you around the castle garden, the view during a sunset might be the best in the kingdom."

Queen: "I'll meet you at the castle gates then."

Queen: "Sure."

Queen: Giggles. "I told you, you don't have to bow for me."

Queen: "I wish you a good evening and safe travels."

Queen: "Oh and one more thing."

Sounds of her taking off her vest and handing it to the listener.

Queen: "You can take my vest."

Queen: "I can tell that you're freezing."

Queen: "Don't worry about that, I've got more than enough clothing."

Queen: "Please, I insist."

Sound of the listener taking the vest.

Queen: "See you on Friday."

Sound of the listener leaving with their carriage.

Queen: "Huh?"

Queen: "What? they were shivering."

Queen: "Wait..."

Queen: "Were you two listening the entire time?"

Queen: Growls "You two are in so much trouble."

Queen: "You're lucky I have better things to do right now."

Queen: "I have to speak to our archivist."

Queen: "It's a private matter."

Queen: "What's with those big grins?"

Queen: "Urgh, forget it."

Sound of her walking back into the castle.
