Now, to start, I’m going to cleanse your face with this exfoliating cleanser, and then I’m going to use this cleansing water to prep your face for the mask I’m going to do.

I’m going to be gentle, but obviously tell me if there’s anything wrong, okay?

Here is the exfoliator I’m going to be using… the best money can buy, especially for you.

Close your eyes please dear. As good as this is for your skin, it sadly won’t make your eyes any prettier.

I’m going to wash it off with this exfoliator scrub to ensure we 100% get all the dirt off your skin…

Ah, there. Just close your eyes for me again, dear… actually, it might be better if you keep them closed for the rest of the appointment… but whether or not you do is up to you.

That should feel good on your skin… it’s refrigerated, so it’ll cool you down and soothe any red blemishes on your face.

With this, you’re ready for the mask.

I’m going to be using this brush to apply it. It’s super soft – once again, only the best money can buy for you.

Here, I’ll just run it across your cheeks so you can get a feel for it.

I actually took one home just so I could run it across my skin in my downtime. It’s quite therapeutic.

If you want, I could order another one for your personal use when we’re finished.

Or you could just come to the salon whenever you’re finished with work and I’ll give you a special 10-minute soft-brush treatment.

I’m just going to mix together the stuff for your mask, okay?

This one is quite similar to a clay mask, so it’ll harden up on your face, but it’ll still be soft enough for me to wash it off rather than peel it off like a charcoal mask.

Here’s the pot I’ll be mixing it all up in…

And here are the products I’ll be mixing together to make the perfect mask for your skin type.

Since you haven’t done this in a while, the mask might feel a little odd against your skin, but try to just relax and not flinch too much, okay dear?

I’ll start applying it now…

There, it’s all on.

It’ll take about five minutes for it to harden and the effects to set in.

In the meantime… your hair’s looking a little knotty after being out all day. Would you like me to brush it out?

I always carry around a hairbrush because of how messy my hair gets, so it’s not like I’ll be brushing your hair with my fingers… though I can run my fingers through your hair if you’d like.

Let me just carefully take off the head towel so I don’t get any of your hair in the mask…

And now I’m going to use my brush to get those tangles out.

Don’t worry, even if we don’t offer scalp treatments, I can make brushing hair just as soothing as the rest of this appointment.

Alright, that mask of yours should be ready to be taken off now.

I’m going to use this face scrub to weaken down the clay mask, alright? Then I’m going to wash it off with this sponge.

This will be just like when I washed off the exfoliator, it won’t take too long at all.

Once the residue water is gone, your skin should feel much firmer and lighter.

The second to last step will be this moisturiser. Since the mask focused on making your skin firmer, this will help to make it feel softer.

I’m going to massage this into your face for maximum effect, so I’ll be using a little more pressure than before. If you’d like me to ease up at all, let me know.

To finish off, I’m going to spray this mist over your face. This will provide some extra hydration to your skin.
