Wife: "Oh it's much later now."

Wife: "There's no way I'll ever wake you, you were so cute sleeping slumped over the table like that."

Sound of her kissing the listener.

Wife: "Hmm?"

Wife: "Yes, we're in a car."

Wife: "I'm surprised you only noticed now."

Wife: "Awww, you charmer you~"

Wife: "My beauty can distract you from anything huh?"

Wife: "You only just woke up and already you're making my mood skyrocket, and I was already plenty happy to begin with."

Wife: "I carried you into the car, who else?"

Wife: "Oh no no, I'm your wife, so carrying you is exclusively my responsibility."

Wife: "Our destination? oh...you know...just a vacation I booked for us."

Wife: Laughs.

Wife: "Oh don't look so surprised, surely you know something like this was gonna happen sooner than later right?"

Wife: "I love spoiling you my dear~"

Wife: "Don't worry, I packed for the both of us, everything we need is in the trunk."

Wife: "All you have to do is keep your head in my lap and enjoy the ride, maybe take another nap or two."

Wife: "I picked out a lovely hotel that's in the perfect vacation spot."

Wife: "The area has beaches, mountainsides, spas, even some old castles."

Wife: "Oh no, that isn't all, not by a long shot."

Wife: "I have to keep some surprises for when we get there."

Wife: "So I can see that lovely expression on your face, what else?"

Wife: Laughs.

Wife: "Aww come here cutie~"

Sound of her kissing the listener again.

Wife: "I love you~"

Wife: "Oh I've been planning this for months now."

Wife: "I knew I was going to take some time off and once I found out about that hotel and the surrounding area...well... that's when I knew I was gonna make it a surprise."

Wife: "It was so difficult to not say anything."

Wife: "Every time I looked into your eyes, oh, I just wanted to tell you then and there."

Wife: "Keeping this secret might be the hardest thing I've ever done."

Wife: "Don't worry about my work, that's why I planned for this so far in advance."

Wife: "The others will keep the ship running until we're back home."

Wife: Laughs.

Wife: "2 weeks!?!"

Wife: "No! it's 3 months of course!!"

Wife: "My dear of course you deserve it."

Wife: "I can tell that I'm not the only one here who needs this vacation."

Wife: "You might not have noticed, but I did."

Wife: "You don't have my early or late long shifts, so what?"

Wife: "That doesn't detract from the fact that you work your ass off to make a lovely home for us to live in."

Wife: "And you still do extra things besides that even."

Wife: "You always do way more than I could ask for because you love me."

Wife: "So please my dear, let me show my love and return the favor."

Wife: "Let me spoil you and just enjoy our time together okay?"

Wife: "You deserve some rest."

Wife: "As cute as it is to come home to you being slumped over a table mid-work, I would rather see you smiling and well-rested at my side."

Wife: "Mhm."

Wife: "So let's start this vacation off probably by staying in my lap and letting me play with your hair."

Wife: Laughs. "Trust me, dear, this isn't just for your sake."

Wife: "This is one of the most therapeutic things I could do."

Wife: "Even before you woke up you de-stressed me to no end."

Wife: "You should've seen what I looked like when I came home, I must've looked like a kitten desperate for some love."

Wife: "And you know what this kitten wants to do right now?"

Wife: "I want to run my claws through your lovely hair."

Wife: Laughs.

Wife: "Yeah, luckily my nails aren't that sharp."

Sound of her running her hands through the listener's hair.

Sound of her kissing the listener again.

Wife: "Though I must say, with the way you're looking at me right now, calling you the kitten might be more appropriate."

Wife: "Would you like that?"

Wife: "Calling you my dear kitten?"`

Wife: "I mean I already got so many nicknames for you at this point, What's one more right?"

Wife: "Glad you agree."

Wife: "Oh, so am I your tigress then?~"

Wife: "No no, I like it~"

Wife: "There certainly are times when I have to let my claws out, kinda necessary with my kind of job."

Wife: "And I'm certainly very protective over you, so tigress suits me pretty nicely."

Wife: "Hmm~"

Wife: "Maybe I should buy a tiger pattern bikini before we go to the beach."

Wife: Laughs.

Wife: "You might be hiding your face now, but it's gonna be a different story once I'm wearing it~"

Wife: "It's a great idea right?"

Wife: "I heard that yes~"

Wife: "There's no need to be so embarrassed dear, I'm glad to have your eyes all over me."

Wife: "Okay I'll stop...for now~"

Wife: "I'll let you have your rest."

Wife: "I'll be planning some...things on my phone."

Wife: "You'll see soon enough my kitten."

Wife: "Just relax and let me help you get back to sleep."

Audio slowly fades out as she runs her hands through the listener's hair.
