[Scene opens up in a bar]

[SFX: Bar/Tavern ambiance]

"Barkeep, another round."

[You ask if you think they had enough]

"I said ANOTHER ROUND DARNIT!"

[They slam their fist on the table]

"Ugh! This is not good."

[You ask if something's wrong]

"A lot is wrong actually. For starters, my so-called Vice-Captain has been summoned to fight in a war."

[You ask so?]

"So? SO?! Don't you know what time of the year it is?"

[They look at the calendar and their face turns pale]

"Judging by the pale look in your face, I can tell you know. That's right this is the anniversary first day I met that little puny knight."

[ you ask if there's anything you can do for them]

" honestly no. I looked all around and see if there was anyone who could take her under their wings. Every...single...knight...declined."

[ you ask is she really that bad?]

" no, she is much much worse. I have seen her train, and to be frank she doesn't have what it takes. Whether that be a royal knight or simply A mere plaything for me."

[ you asked have they been knighted?]

" she's being knighted now as we speak. It makes me sick to my stomach. Then again they even made me a captain. So it goes to show you, they are desperate."

[ you ask what does the vice captain think?]

" oh you know him, the little Boy Scout that he is. He wants me to and I quote get along with her. tch, As if I can get along with a weak pathetic dragon."

[Pause]

" so now I'm waiting here; waiting. to see if she is worth my time."

[You ask what does she look like?]

" what does she look like? Well, she's a bit of a tomboy. That's about the only description my vice captain gave me."

[ you say that doesn't narrow it down]

" I'm aware that it doesn't narrow it down at all. And to make matters worse, something about her seems to... Familiar."

[Pause]

"I bet your thinking if I have ever formally introduced myself to her. Sadly, no. I'm not the type to just walk up to her and say; "So, your the new fling of my vice-captain."

[You look at them in disgust]

"I'm aware that I could of phrased that better, I cannot however decide what her end goal is."

[They lean in]

"Until I find out that little factor, I shall remain in the shadows. Waiting, and pondering."

[They scratch their chin]

"Then again, I am quite curious on how she made my Vice captain stronger. Last time we fought, he manage to hold his own better than before."

[You suggest true love?]

"*Snickers* True Love? Such Ideologies only exist in "Fairy Tales" and works of fiction. No, It cannot be something that...simple."

[You suggest maybe she might be stronger than you think]

"Oh? You think this "Little Girl" Is stronger than I think Eh? Then tell me; What do you care to wager on that...little statement?"

[You say free rounds for the night]

"*Snickers* Free rounds for the night you say? I guess I can humor you on that idea."

[You ask when is she due?]

"Well, she should be here any minute now. Trust me, from what I've heard; she'll make her appearance known."

[They lean in]

"To make it fair for all around us, Don't say exactly where I am. If these fools try anything funny...well."

[SFX: Leaning back]

"*Sigh* I guess it won't be helped, It's not like that idiot of a Dragon will try something stupid like saying...THAT name."

[You ask if there was anything else.]

"*Sigh* Yeah, I forgot one last thing. Apparently, the captain doesn't want me to go "Full Strength" on her, saying "She might get hurt or worse" To witch I replied; "Then what's the point of me training her?"

[Pause]

"It got really heated really quick. Just be sure that when she does come, if she asks for a drink; give her a weak one."

[You ask why]

"I don't want a drunk dragon to be my first dragon opponent. That just makes it...you know what? If you want to give her something strong, I don't care. The sooner I deal with this headache the better."

[SFX: Dragon roaring]

"Tch, Right on cue. To make everything interesting, I was hoping that maybe...I should go, let's say...Sixty percent of my power."

[The bartender ask why so much?]

"Well, any less would be insulting but any more...I'd fear for her safety."

[Pause]

"Another caveat my vice captain left for me. IF I hurt her too bad, that'll be it for my little...battles with him. So, let's hope this little dragon will fulfil my desire for strength."

[You ask how he plans to do so?]

"To put it simply, I'll just fill her ego a little. Make her believe that I genuinely believe she is strong, if she doesn't fulfil my wants...I will not hesitate to hold back."

[SFX: Door opening]

"Remember what I said, now just act naturally and let her...prove her worth."

[SFX: Footsteps closer]

"*Whispers* Now, what will our little dragon girl do now?"

[Fade to black]
