SCRIPT HERE-approximately 1500 words

Believe it or not this script started out in a contemporary setting. But with a combination of the mafia/detective themes and the fact that I've been playing Red Dead Redemption 2, I imagined all the characters wearing more old-fashioned clothes and talking in old-fashioned ways. So I changed course and revamped it to take place in the 1940's at the height of American mafia conflict. Learning about old slang to give this script some realism was...interesting. I did include translations for the slang so that readers won't get lost, and if you want you can use those translations instead of the slang when voicing it.
