This is the sequel to this script ---> Part 1

Hello y'all. Today I present you another script that I finally got around to write, the sequel to "Female Knight rescues and teaches mage listener". I planned it as a series from the beginning, and this second part shows a more vulnerable side to the otherwise quite boisterous knight.

As always, you are free to voice, perform, fill, or whatever else you might want to call it, this script as you please, as long as you do not hide it behind a paywall without a way for some to see it. I am okay with uploading it first on e.g. Patreon and releasing it on a free platform later. I would love to receive a link to the finished product, I enjoy seeing what other people make of my stuff

Changes you can make: You are free to change anything you like about the script. Especially the title and tags. This script actually talks about some issues that are specific to a F4M relationship, but you can change the genders if it makes sense for you, add names, change petnames,etc…

Also, I am always open to feedback, be it about the script itself, specific phrases, or about the format and better ways to provide the script to VAs.

Summary: After partnering up with the knight you met on your first monster hunting mission, the two of you have quickly become one of the strongest parties in town. Your magic, combined with her experience and strength overcame every obstacle in your path. Today, you and her have a rare day off and so you decided to visit the festival together. However, it seems like she has something on her mind…

[Optional festival ambience]

Speaker: “It’s been ages since I last visited a festival this big! They really should have them more often... How about you? I bet there were festivals every weekend in that big city of yours.”

Listener: *denies*

Speaker: *sigh* “Figures that you would spend even the holidays holed up in your room to study. At least now you have me to help you enjoy life when it actually happens.”

Listener: *question*

Speaker: “Oh yes, if you tried doing that now, I would just… break down your door and carry you outside or something. In your nightgown if I had to.”

Listener: *embarrassed*

Speaker: “Oh come on, it would definitely not be the first time someone showed up to a festival in a nightgown. Probably not even to that particular one, if I am completely honest. Some people drink WAY too much at these events.”

Listener: *complains*

Speaker: “Well, if it would embarrass you so much, you'll just have to come with me willingly when I ask you to.” *laughs* “Look at the great sage, not knowing how to respond! You might be the most intelligent person I ever met, but you still need at least a decade more experience to win an argument against me!”

Listener: *pouts*

Speaker: “Oh no, don’t pout like that. It looks very… cute, but now I feel guilty! Here, let me buy you a fried goblin to apologize, okay?”

Listener: *question*

Speaker: “They’re not actually goblins, silly. We both know that monster meat is slightly poisonous. Remember that one guy we found in the wilderness, who ate a bit of dire wolf meat and got such a bad stomach ache that he couldn’t move?”

Listener: *confirms*

Speaker: “I thought you would. It was really not a pretty sight to see. Anyway, those are not real goblins, but just sweet pastries that look a bit like them. There’s a stall just over there, let’s go!”

Speaker: *to someone else* “Hey, could we get two of those?... Yes, the ones with the little chocolate hats… Thank you, how much is- Oh wait, could we also get some of that sauce?... Great! Thank you again… Here you go, keep the change… See you around!”

Speaker: “I’m back, quickly take one! Please. It’s kind of hard to balance all of that in two hands... Thank you. We probably should find somewhere to sit down… Let’s see… H-how about that bench over there, under that random tree I just spotted?”

Listener: *question*

Speaker: *flustered, also lying really badly* “T-the Lover’s Tree? I had no idea that it had such a… particular name. Crazy what people can come up with, haha…”

Listener: *explains*

Speaker: “Oh, so, legend has it that couples who confess under the tree stay together forever? You are always so full of… fascinating knowledge! It is so GREAT that you know about every little rumor in this town.”

Listener: *question*

Speaker: *lying* “N-no, I never heard of that rumor, why would I have? A-anyway it seems that it is the only unoccupied bench here, so we should sit down quickly before someone else takes it!”

[They sit down]

Speaker: “You can eat the goblin like that, or you can dip it in this sauce. Just do it however you like. I’ll put the cup down here, right between us.”

Listener: *question*

Speaker: “I don’t know what’s in it actually. I like to eat good food, but I have never concerned myself with cooking it. I think some kind of caramel, maybe?”

Listener: *quiet*

Speaker: “If you’re not going to start, I’ll do it… Ah, it tastes just like I remember it! They sadly only make them during festivals...”

Listener: *comment*

Speaker: “You have another question? Sure, go ahead.”

Listener: *question*

Speaker: *coughs, extremely flustered* “Do I believe in the rumor? W-why would you ask that so suddenly? Of course I don’t believe in every stupid rumor, at best I hope that it would- I MEAN no, I most definitely absolutely certainly don’t believe in the rumor. C-could you imagine, me specifically leading you to the Lover’s Tree? Hahaha ha… ha…”

Listener: *doubts*

Speaker: “Lying, me? I am not!... No, please don’t leave! Come back… please. There… is actually…” *sigh* “There is one thing I wanted to talk to you about.”

[Listener: sits back down]

Speaker: “Thank you… I was hoping to do that when it was a bit more quiet around here, but it can’t be helped.” *deep breath*

Listener: *interrupts*

Speaker: “Wait? Why, didn’t you just ask me to explain?”

[Magic noises, then silence]

Speaker: “Oh, a silence spell! Leave it to the mage to have a solution for everything… Okay, I… I won’t delay anymore. The long story short is that I think I love you. You have been an amazing companion and an even better friend to me ever since we met. There is truly no one who I would rather entrust my back to, but I feel like there is more between us than just work or friendship. I trust you and your abilities with all my heart, and so I was wondering if maybe… you would feel and want the same. B-becoming lovers I mean!”

Listener: *quiet*

Speaker: *shy* “Was… was I too blunt? Sorry, you know that I am not great with words, at least not in serious conversations! I mean, I can joke around for days without running out of things to say, but this kind of heart-to-heart is just… different… Oh, I’m sorry, I was rambling, did you want to say something?”

Listener: *answers*

Speaker: “You… feel the same way?” *relieved gasp* “Oh that makes me so happy! I was so anxious for the last few days while planning this. Knowing that you also… Wait a moment, is that the reason why you knew so much about the Lover’s Tree?”

Listener: *flustered*

Speaker: *gasp* “You did! And you still teased ME about it? You really are a devil in disguise! Don’t tell me you also planned to confess today.”

Listener: *confirms*

Speaker: *dry laugh* “You cast a charm on the bench so no one else would sit on it? That is… I don’t actually know what that is… Smart, but also kind of devilish… To think that we both made the same plan on the same day. We really do share one brain cell sometimes.”

Listener: *request*

Speaker: “You… want to kiss? Yes of course, that is definitely what lovers do… right? I’m sorry, I don’t actually have that much experience, and I also didn’t really think that you would… accept my confession.”

Listener: *question*

Speaker: “Why not? Most men don’t like women like… me. I am bigger than most men, and stronger than almost all of them. Men prefer smaller women, at least that’s what I experienced in the past.”

Listener: *worried*

Speaker: “No no, it’s not like I was bullied or anything. But… hmm, how to explain it… You’ve seen how I act with the other adventurers. We celebrate a hard day’s work together, we train together, and we mourn our fallen comrades together. I am welcomed and respected in the community, it’s just that… for them, I will always be ‘one of the bros’. None of them have ever seen me as a woman or a romantic interest before, and none of them ever will. And it’s obvious, just look at me. I am not cute, I am not gentle or soft, and-”

[Kissing sounds]

Speaker: “Did… Did you just use a kiss to shut me up?... No, let’s continue, I… I really like it.”

[More kissing sounds]

Speaker: “Why did you stop?”

Listener: *comfort*

Speaker: “You don’t think those are bad points? You don’t have to say that, I know that you would rather-”

Listener: *insists*

Speaker: *sigh* “You are serious, aren’t you? I can see it in your eyes. You actually like that I am bigger and stronger than you? You are not just playing with me, right?”

Listener: *confirms*

Speaker: “You would not have given me your first-… That was your FIRST kiss?!? Why would you…”

Listener: *answer*

Speaker: *happy teary* “Because you love me, right… I still can’t believe it, but I… I’m trying.”

Listener: *question*

Speaker: “No, I’m not crying, you’re crying!”

Listener: *answer*

Speaker: *laughs* “Okay, maybe we’re both crying a little bit. But… that’s not entirely a bad thing, I believe. You are the only one who I would want to hold in my arms while crying, the only one whose tears I want to wipe, and the only one who I would allow to wipe mine. Let’s just stay here a bit, under the Lover’s Tree and hope that the legend turns out true for us, okay? I don’t care what the other people think when they see us like this, I just want you and no one else.”

Listener: *explains*

Speaker: “You can conjure a barrier so they can’t see us anymore? Even better, that way they only have their own imagination to blame! I just want to enjoy the sight of the tree and your company for a bit longer. And… I love you.”
