Context: Mitsuri Kanroji and Obanai Iguro are running late to a hashira meeting, when Mitsuri runs into and old friend, the two of them go out with the childhood friend as the friend confesses to Mitsuri Kanroji.

Note: This is kind of a first for me. A suggestion by a redditor named; RickySpanish-Roger (Hope I spelled that right) and the suggestion was a two voice Script. So, to make it easier to the reader, the listener (If any) or to myself, I'll simply label the characters as the following; Mitsuri (M), Obanai (O) and the listener will still be in "[ ]" so I hope you enjoy.

[Scene opens up with Mitsuri and Obani running to get ready for a meeting]

[SFX: Running]

M "Oh man, I can't believe were running late for the Hashira meeting!"

O "That is what you get for having 12 entrée's before we meet up."

M "It can't be helped, The promotion said "If you can eat 11 entree's, the 12th is on us."

O "*Inner monologue* *Sigh* Why do I even bother with her sometimes."

M "Come on, Iguro. If we hurry we can just make it."

[They continue running, turning a corner and running into you]

[SFX: Crash]

M "Ow, that really hurt. *Slightly flustered* Hey, which where your going you-"

[She looks up and see you standing asking if your ok.]

M "Oh...um...yes. *Blushing and slightly giggling* I'm sorry for getting a little angry there. It's just-"

O "*annoyed* The meeting?!"

M "Oh, yeah right. Um...if it's ok, could we maybe...talk later?"

[You nod]

M "Oh, thank you. I hope we can meet each other again. Perhaps over dinner?"

[You nod again]

M "*Giggles* Than it's a date, I'll see you after-"

O "*Clears throat as if to say, were running late*"

M "Oh, right. I'll see you later."

[You nod as she runs off. You apologize to Obanai Iguro for interrupting something]

O "*Sigh* It's quite all right. I'll be sure to-"

[You ask if he wants to join, your treat]

O "Well, if it's ok with you. As long as I don't seem like a third wheel."

[You say nonsense and say he might be a fourth wheel]

O "Huh? Fourth wheel? What do you mean?"

[You point at his snake]

O "Oh, Kaburamaru. I'm actually quite surprised. You don't seem bothered by him. Perhaps when we go out we can discuss more on your thoughts on snakes. Sadly, I'm in a bit of a rush."

[You understand and nod]

O "Thank you, I'll see you later then."

[Some time passes and your waiting outside of a restaurant]

M "Ah, there you are. Sorry for the wait. Were you waiting long?"

[You shake your head]

M "Good, It seems like you also invited Iguro as well. Is this true?"

[You nod asking if there was something wrong?]

O "She was worried that you invited me out of pity."

M "I was not! Anyways, I do appreciate you inviting Iguro as well. Sometimes I wonder if he wasn't so much of a loner like Tomioka-"

O "Don't compare me to that man. I am nothing like him."

[Kanroji leans in and whispers]

M "He may say that, I however have my doubts. Just between us of course."

[You nod]

M "Wonderful, then let's go on in."

[Your about to enter when your stopped by Iguro]

O "Hey, could we talk for a second?"

[You nod]

O "I've know Kanroji for quite some time. To be honest, when I fist met her, I wasn't so sure what to make of her. She did however, help put my mind at ease."

[You see him clenching his fist]

O "She is probably the closest thing I had to a real friend. She...helped me in more ways than you couldn't even begin to imagine."

[He gets closer to you and puts his hands on your shoulder, you can hear the muscles being pressed by his hands]

O "So, understand when I say this; If you do anything...and I do mean anything to make her cry, upset or overall make her not trust people like I have, I have no problem with whatever fate the Demon Slayer corp. throws at me just so I can see you suffer like she did."

[He steps back a little]

O "Do I make myself clear?"

[You nod]

O "Wonderful, then let's go in."

[You ask him to wait for a second]

O "Huh? You wish to say something? All right, spill it."

[You reassure him of how much she means to me and state how]

O "*Snicker* If you did something like that, you wouldn't run away from your fate? Could it be, you truly care for her that much? So much that you would even come forward to me, waiting for what I would have plan for you?"

[You nod]

O "*Shocked* Um...well then...let's...let's not keep Kanroji waiting."

[The two of you enter the restaurant]

M "There you two are, what took you so long?"

O "Just...talking."

M "Talking?"

O "Talking."

M "Okay then, so anyways...I've been talking to Iguro about you after our meeting. I've could of sworn that the two of us meet before. He however doesn't recognize you."

[You nod in agreeing with Iguro]

O "See, I told you we haven't meet before."

M "Well, just because you never meet him doesn't mean the two of us haven't meet. Right?'

[You nod]

M "*Smug* So, I have meet you before. Now just to place the face."

[You see her thinking]

M "*Realizes* Oh my goodness, I remember. You were the child of the restaurant owner that my mother and father often brought me too."

O "*Inner monologue* *Sigh* Of course she would be friends with a restaurant owner's kid. Why wouldn't she be?"

M "It's amazing to see you again. How have you been?"

[You say fine]

M "That's good, the family all right?"

[You nod]

M "Good to hear. Man, I feel really dumb not recognizing you at first. You grew up to be a...fine adult."

[You ask how is the corps]

M "Oh, the Demon Slayer Corps has been fine. As you probably could tell, I'm a Hashira now."

[Iguro gets up]

O "Well, I'll let you two get reacquainted. I'll just be-"

M "Oh, Iguro. Please don't go on my old childhood friend's account."

O "I was just going to use the restroom."

M "*Blushing* Oh...um...sorry."

O "I'll see you two in a bit."

[Iguro walks away and you ask if he's always this grumpy?]

M "Is he always this grumpy? Nah, sometimes he's in a bad mood."

[The two of you chuckle at the joke]

M "So anyways, how have you been?"

[You say better]

M "Oof, let me guess; rough time with finding that "Certain someone"?"

[You shake your head]

M "No? Well then, what happened?"

[You ask her to promise not to get mad]

M "Come now, when have you ever seen me mad? A little steamed at times, but never mad."

[You say what you did to the man that rejected her all those years ago]

M "Wait, you what?!"

[you ask her not to get too mad]

M "I mean, I appreciate you standing up for me; but confronting the man who rejected me...what if something could of happened to you?"

[Pause]

M "I know, I promised I wouldn't get mad. I'm just worried is all. I can take care of myself when faced against different dangers. All because of the training I did as a Hashira. I just don't want to see anyone I care about hurt. *under her breath* Especially you."

[Pause]

M "*Clears throat* Anyways, what decide you to come all this way? It couldn't of been just to see me, right~?"

[You blush a little and nod]

M "Wait, really? You came all this way just to see me?"

[You nod again]

M "Hm? Could It be that you actually have fallen for me?"

[You look down blushing]

M "Wait, really? You...you have a crush on me?"

[You nod]

M "...and all this time...I never thought I would find love. Worrying if my strength would scare away any suitors...I...I just feel so..."

[She starts to tear up as you ask her if she's ok]

M "Yes, I'm ok. I'm just so happy is all. Someone liking me, for who I am. A girl with a massive apatite and the strength to boot."

[Pause]

M "I only wonder what Iguro would say about this though."

O "Yeah, about that;"

M "I know he had feeling for me as well."

O "Uh...Kanroji?"

M "He would probably be really upset."

O "Kanroji, I'm right here."

M "I mean, who could ever be with a guy who always carries around a snake and-"

[SFX: Slamming table]

O "Hey!"

M "Oh, Iguro. When did you get here?"

O "Shortly after your friend here confessed to you."

M "Sorry that you had to find out this way. After all, I always knew you had feelings for me."

O "Yeah...about that Kanroji."

M "But know, that although we can never be together becuasue I know you could never abandon Kaburamaru in favor of me. Sadly, it could never-"

O "I already have a girlfriend."

[Pause as Kanroji and you look at each other puzzled]

M "Wha-what?"

O "I was going to tell you a while ago. The truth of the matter is I found a girl who actually likes me, for me. Snakes and all."

[You see him petting his snake]

O "It also helped that when Kaburamaru wasn't feeling too well, she helped him and figured out what was wrong with him."

[You asked what was wrong with him?]

O "Apparently someone tried feeding him something that he shouldn't have."

M "What? Are you accusing me of poisoning your snake?"

O "Not you...Tomioka! I have no doubts that little...*breathing in and out trying to calm down* Well, that's all in the past now. Kaburamaru is perfectly healthy now."

M "So, your ok with the two of us-"

O "Being in a relationship? Of course. I know that I can't help that you simply fall for anyone just to find true love. *Looking at you* You do remember our little talk earlier as well."

[You nod]

O "Then, I have no qualms with the two of you being together."

M "Yay! Thank you Iguro, I always knew you were a great guy."

[She hugs him as he tries to clear his throat]

O "Anyway, I'm sure the two of you probably want to spend some time alone."

[He walks away but you insist on him staying]

O "Wait, you want me to stay? Why?"

[You explain the reason]

O "Well, I guess since we haven't eaten yet, you have a valid point."

M "Man, I can't wait until the first dish comes out. Especially spending it with the two people I greatly care about."

[She just realize something]

M "Ah, I got to step out for a moment. I'll be right back you two."

[Pause]

O "I do apologize if I come across as a bit...harsh when talking to you. I just worry for her. If it wasn't for her, I probably wouldn't open up and find the girlfriend I'm with now."

[You ask if she really is that important to him]

O "Of course, you try to protect the people you care about. Weather the relationship is either romantic, or platonic. It's only natural."

[He looks at you, almost afraid to ask as question]

O "Hey, you don't have to answer this but I figure I might as well ask. What is your opinion on snakes?"

[You ask what he means?]

O "I mean, in general. Do you love snakes? Hate them? Afraid of them?"

[You say you have a healthy relationship with them]

O "A healthy relationship you say? Care to elaborate?"

[You explain what you mean]

O "I see. Kind of like any creatures, you give them space, respect, and try not to bother them. You almost feel like your inconveniencing the snakes when you come across it."

[You see him pondering over the statement]

O "I guess, that seems normal. So, are you afraid of snakes?"

[You mention only the really dangerous and poisonous ones]

O "A healthy fear, to fear the more deadly one's. Though judging by the look on your face, your not afraid of my snake. Any reason why?"

[You say it seems to be well trained]

O "Valid point, a well trained animal can seem...less menacing. Would you like to hold him?"

[You say you don't want to hurt him]

O "Don't worry, you should be fine. Just let him sit, right...here."

[He puts the snake across your shoulders as it gently rests]

O "I'll be sure to take him if he gets a little...temperamental. In the meantime, what would you like to do about our relationship?"

[You look puzzled]

O "Well, Kanroji probably want's us to get along. So what shall we do about that?"

[You ask if the two of you aren't already friends?]

O "Wait, you...already consider me a friend? Why?"

[You explain why]

O "I guess that is a valid reason. Someone who shows loyalty to their friends like I did to her can't possibly be a bad person. I do think you are a little to trustworthy though."

[Pause]

O "For her sake, I'll be your friend. Since it also seems like Kaburamaru like's you as well."

[SFX: Snake hissing]

M "Ah, it seems like you two are really getting along now."

O "I wouldn't go that far."

M "Come on, Iguro. I have never seen you part with Kaburamaru, he's far to valuable to just put on my friend."

[You lift up Kaburamaru gently and hand him back to Iguro]

O "Oh, um...thank you."

M "*Smug* So, did you too became besties while I was gone?"

O "By the way, where did you go?"

[You see her smirking]

O "You know what? Forget I ask. Anyways the food should come shortly."

[SFX: Bowls being set down]

M "Looks like I came back in time. Time to dig in."

[She starts to dig in as it fades to black]

[The end]
