[Scene opens up within the dragon's den]

"Hello? Honey, are you home?"

[SFX: Earth shaking]

"Woah, I take that as a yes."

[SFX: loud Footsteps]

"Oh, um...sorry for disturbing you. I was actually hoping if I could stay for a while with you."

[You ask what happened?]

"It's kind of a long story, but if it's all right with you. I'll at least talk about it while I get comfy. Is that ok?"

[You nod]

"Thank you."

[He looks for a place to put his stuff]

"Now, where would be a good place to put all of this-"

[You offer you hand to take his stuff]

"Oh, uh. Thank you."

[You nod and ask what is going on]

"Oh, right. So, I don't know if I talked to you about how my family tried setting me up with a princess."

[You shake your head]

"Well, in that case; my family tried setting me up with a princess."

[He can see you clenching your fist]

"Now before you go off on a rampage at least hear me out."

[You agree]

"Thank you. Now, the princess that I was set up with was a little...how do I put this gently?"

[you say ugly]

"No, not ugly. It's just...nothing clicked. If that makes any sense."

[You nod]

"I mean, don't get me wrong. She was nice enough, even willing to hear about dragon girls for what seemed like hours."

[You ask if there were any feelings]

"I mean, if you count platonic feelings maybe. Besides, she has someone else in mind as well."

[You are interested to hear who]

"Well, apparently there was this knight who is his bodyguard. The whole "Childhood Friend" routine."

[You ask him to continue]

"Anyways, she really liked him. I had to admit that I was kind of looking forward to meeting him as well."

[Pause]

"Anyways, the two of us worked on some treaty ideas for our two kingdoms. Inevitably when I become king and she becomes queen the two of us might have to work together."

[You ask why?]

"Well, with me possibly marrying a beautiful girl such as yourself; It would be nice to have another kingdom support our love. Right?"

[You couldn't argue with him]

"There was one thing that did kind of bother her."

[You ask to go on]

"Well, she was really the "Tomboy" type. At first glancing at me, thinking I was a girl; she probably thought I was weak and challenge me to an arm wrestling match."

[You bite your fist knowing that she lost]

"Yeah, it didn't help that she continued to challenge me. That woman couldn't accept defeat gracefully."

[Pause]

"Anyways, there were also these other shady suitors for the young princess, and I do mean shady."

[You ask what happened]

"Well, let's just say that these men tried to do something *Clears throat* un-gentleman like."

[you realize what he meant by the statemen]

"Yeah, and this is pretty much the reason why I'm here right now."

[You ask how so]

"Well, I needed to lay low for a while. One of the suitors found out where I lived, and...let's just say that they were not thrilled that I stopped their advances."

[Pause]

"While fleeing in the dead of night, I found the kingdom and more specifically the castle of the princess, and of course guess who was the Knight on guard duty that stormy night?"

[You say the princess's lover]

"Exactly, of course however he wished to challenge my strength."

[You asked how it went]

"Just between us, it was the first match I lost in years."

[Your surprised]

"I know, right? He was super strong. I could of swear that It was like moving a stone wall."

[Pause]

"Anyways, If it's ok could I lay low in your den by any chance?"

[You nod hugging him]

"Woah, didn't think you would be that happy for me."

[You ask to continue about the knight]

"Oh, right. Because I was traveling late at night, I figure I needed a safety net of sorts in order to travel here. Thankfully the princess loaned me a ring."

[You ask if that's a ring to show your friendship]

"Yup, our new friendship and treaty towards our kingdoms. Of course, I returned the favor in similar way."

[You show her the ring]

"See? It's her family's coat of arms. Because of this it gave me safe travel and I made a new friend."

[You mention the knight]

"Of course, I do have to admit though If you do ever cross paths with him *Under his breath* and if he's in a good mood *back to normal* Just don't do anything that might upset him."

[You ask for instance]

"Well, I don't want you to kidnap the princess. Less our little agreement is revoked."

[You see his point]

"Anyways, I trust that you wouldn't do anything like that right?....Right?"

[You say of course nervously]

"Now that's the dragon girl that I fell for. Come here."

[He gently kisses you on the lips]

"So, I do appreciate you helping me out again. It does mean a lot to me."

[You ask if you would ever meet the knight or princess]

"I mean, it is possible. There could be a chance. Just do try to be on your best behavior. Not just for her...but for him."

[You ask if he misses the knight]

"To tell the truth, yeah. I kind of do. He was the first guy in a while to look at me as an equal. It's...strange. I didn't think men would take me seriously. But he did."

[You say that you take him seriously]

"Yeah, now you do. If I recall, when you swept me off my feet; you thought I was a princess."

[Pause]

"So the two of us just bonded over our GF's. He planned to confess publicly to her in his family Sunflower garden."

[You give the approval]

"Yeah, I didn't want to overstep when we publicly confess. I'll have to think of where we could do it."

[Pause]

"*Yawn* In the meantime, I think I'm going to crash for tonight. You ok with that?"

[You nod]

"Thanks for understanding. I'll just set up my sleeping arrangements and-"

[You take the sleeping bag]

"Hey, what is that for?"

[You ask why doesn't he want to sleep with her]

"Why? Well for starters, it seems very much an in proper thing for a Gentleman to do to a fine maiden. Sleeping together and all."

[You blush at the statement and hand back the sleeping bag]

"Hey, that doesn't mean I don't want to sleep with you...in the same room anyways. It's just...there are proper precautions that needed to be made."

[You nod]

"Good."

[He kisses you]

"Goodnight my beautiful maiden."

[You smirk]

"Okay, that could of been at least a little less cringe I'll admit it. I'll think of something better in the morning."

[You walk into your room as it fades to black]
