Note: This is a parody of the "Smiling Friends" T.V. Series. (Biased opinion) I think is probably one of the funnies adult shows I have seen in a while. I mean no disrespect to the creators (Zach Hadel and Michael Cusack), I'm just a big fan. If there is any issues with this script, please let me know. Thank you.

[Scene opens up with the newest member meeting the boss]

[SFX: Door opening and footsteps]

"Um...Hello? Are you-"

[The boss says that they are]

"Oh great. Then allow me to introduce myself. I'm Abigale and I'm-"

[They mention that your starting today at Smiling Friends]

"Oh, well yeah. That's me. The new hire at Smiling Friends. So tell me, what's my first case?"

[SFX: Envelope sliding]

"Oh, I see. Really old school huh? Envelope and all."

[SFX: Opening envelope]

"Let's see here...Ok, my first case is a Male. Age....okay. Occupation...uh-huh. Yup, it seems like everything is in order."

[The boss askes to take this case alone]

"Wait, your sending me in alone? Why?"

[The boss explains why]

"I guess when you put it like that...we are kind of short staffed. Ok, I guess I'll be on my way then."

[Time lapse to the location]

"Okay Abigale, just remember to find the source of their unhappiness and try to make them smile."

[She takes a deep breath]

"Here we go."

[SFX: Door knocking]

"Hello, is anyone home. I'm with the Smiling Friends. Hello?"

[SFX: Door knocking]

"If this is a bad time, I can come back later if that ok with-"

[SFX: door opening]

"Oh, hey. You must be the client. *Clears throat* I am Abigale, and I am with the Smiling Friends. May I come in?"

[You nod]

"Thank you."

[She walks in as you shut the door behind you]

"So, what seems to be your story?"

[Pause]

"Sorry if I didn't read the briefing. I just feel like for my first case, I'd hear it straight from the horse's mouth."

[Pause]

"Look, just because I'm new to this doesn't mean I can't help you. Trust me, I got this."

[She flips through some papers and takes out a pen]

"So tell me, what made you decide to contact the Smiling Friends?"

[You explain that it was your sibling that did this]

"Oh, your sibling? Are they around?"

[You shake your head]

"I see. So, what made them suggest us?"

[You shrug]

"Come on, there must be a reason. I shouldn't have to go through my notes, do I?"

[Pause]

"All right, have it your way. I'm sure it's nothing that bad."

[She looks through her notes and her cheerful attitude swiftly changes]

"Um...is this...is this correct?"

[You ask what?]

"This statement; The reason your sibling suggested the Smiling Friends is because and I quote; "My Brother has been down in the dumps since his girlfriend broke up with him." Is that really all?"

[Pause]

"No offense, but this seems too tame of a reason. Especially considering how much he paid for with the assistance of our services."

[Pause]

"Again, no offense to your sibling. It's just when they pay this much...there is usually another reason. I can't seem to find any other info about your break up."

[You say you rather not talk about it.]

"Well, I can't fully help you if you don't talk about it."

[She moves over next to you]

"Hey, this is a judgment free zone. Anything you want to get off your chest, I'm here for you."

[You try to hold back the tears as you take a deep breath]

"*Inner monologue* Come on Abigale, you almost got it. Just one last push should do it."

[She wraps her arm around you in a comforting manner]

"Hey, if you need to let something out; now's the time."

[You start to cry gently as you explain that your girlfriend was cheating on you with your best friend]

"*Inner monologue* Woah, thing's just went from zero to one hundred really quick!"

[She rubs your back gently]

"I'm...I'm so sorry dude. I think I know why your sibling paid so much now. Is...is there anything I can do to help?"

[You ask like what]

"Well, the whole purpose of the Smiling Friends company is to help people get their smiles back. I guess you must of been really happy when you were with your girlfriend."

[Pause]

"Say, what if I tried to help you out? Maybe help you find a new girlfriend. Will that help you out?"

[You shrug]

"Hey, at least it's just a suggestion. You don't have to jump right in to begin with. We can just ease into this. Just one step at a time."

[you ask if she really is willing to help]

"Well of course I am. That's the whole thing of being a "Smiling Friend" after all."

[Pause]

"Look, if you really want me to go. I will."

[You ask why]

"I see that look on your face. Sometimes just getting through the sad times is needed in order to get that smile. After all, if happiness is so frequent than people probably won't need our company."

[You ask her to elaborate]

"To begin, and in order to fully bring out that smile; and I do mean that natural smile. One must earn it. Even if it is for a fleeting moment, sometimes it is worth it."

[SFX: Beeping watch]

"Oh, um...so I actually have a few more cases lined up. If you really want, I can see you tomorrow. If not however, I'll give you the paperwork to fill out to cancel the plan."

[You ask if this was just a trial run]

"Well, think of it as more of "Establishing what to expect" vs a "trial run"

[You ask if there is a difference?]

"The difference is about thirty pages of paperwork and legal fee's. Trust me, it's a very long...long story."

[You ask when is she free tomorrow]

"Well, if all goes well I can squeeze you in around noon? I would do it earlier, but I don't want to inconvenience you."

[You say that it's fine]

"Great! Tomorrow at noon. We'll think of a game plan to get you back on your feet. Until we meet again."

[She walks out of the door as it fades to black]
