So I just realized that I posted my first script about a year ago today (Don't click that link I'm really cringing rereading it now lol).

I've been a writer of sorts for a long time, but I've always been terrified to share my writing with others. The positive reception I've gotten here has really helped me come out of my shell as a writer so I wanted to say I appreciate that. I've been writing more than ever and I've gotten lots and lots better at it since I started at this. I've even started sharing my more serious writing with others more. I know I seem to have developed a reputation for making stuff that can be pretty offbeat, but I'm not trying for that, I just do what I feel and sometimes it works. I always really appreciate any feedback I get.

I also want to say I appreciate what the folks here are doing, both writers and recorders. I didn't really understand the appeal of these audios when I started writing these (I just found the format to be a lot of fun), but reading the comments on fills of scripts I've written has made me realize that you guys are reaching out to some people that can sometimes be in a bit of a dark place and these audios can provide a little bit of reassurance, empathy and even a little vulnerability that they otherwise cant always get. The digital world can be a cold place for a lot of people and you're all contributing to alleviating that in a way. So y'know I think that's good.

You guys are pretty alright and I'm glad to be part of this group.

I was originally planning to stop doing these after a year had passed but I've decided against it. I've still got so many ideas I want to get out there. That "big project" I keep hinting at is still coming down the tubes lol. As are a couple overdue sequels (I'm discarding my no sequels rule since I never listened to it anyways)

While I'm here let me tell you I'm still open for Commissions I have one slot left this month. And I've been wondering if I should migrate all my stuff to scriptbin?

But yeah in general this is fun and I'm gonna keep doing it for the foreseeable future.
