[Scene opens up with the class almost ending]

"Okay class that should just wrap it up. Does anyone have any questions before we finish up?"

[All the students raise their hands]

"And for the last time, No. I will not transform into your waifu or husbando to use as a model."

[All the students moan]

"*Pinching nose* Oh my god."

[SFX: West minister chimes]

“Now remember, when Mrs. Chase asks for your progress be sure to send her the correct files and none of the scrap works.”

[You try to walk away]

“Woah, whoa, whoa, whoa, buddy. I need to see you after class.”

{You ask why]

“Just wait for me. It’s the end of the school day anyways.”

[After school]

[SFX: Knocking on the door]

"Oh, you arrived. Great. Please come in."

[You nervously come in]

"Don't worry, your not in trouble...yet."

[You look shocked]

"It all depends on how you answer my questions is all."

[Pause]

"First off-"

[SFX: Papers slamming desk]

"Normally, I wouldn't like these kind of drawings when I was teaching. Especially when it isn't until at least a semester or two. You just can't go ahead learning advance styles without brushing up on the basics."

[You ask why?]

"Why? Why? Ok, let's say I need to hire you in a hypothetical situation to draw something simple for...let's say...A contest. I need something specific in design and simplicity."

[You ask what the picture is]

"Okay, let's say...I need a picture of...a clock."

[You say really]

"Hey, this is my example and I say I need a clock. "

[you say fine]

"If I were to ask a design of a clock, just to see how you would handle it. What would I think if you gave me a "Grandfather clock" with roman numerals on it?"

[You say impressed]

"No, I wouldn't be impressed. I would think that you wouldn't follow directions. Because in this situation, I would need to see how you would copy a similar design."

[You ask why]

"Ever wonder how they use to draw cartoons? They would make similar copies of a design and repeat this process over and over."

[She sighs]

"It doesn't help that you Can't draw anything this advance anyways. I mean, you can't just expect to draw the Mona Lisa for example without going over the basics."

[She shuffles through the papers]

"I'll ignore the fact that these images are...let's just say, in poor taste for starters and just simply say that they are just simply awful."

[You say art is subjective]

"True, art can be subjective. I don't however find vulgar art of someone...upchucking to be school appropriate. Not to mention, the fact that "Modern Art" Is a massive pet peeve of mine. Like how is a boulder in the middle of a museum art?!"

[She starts panting in anger and tries to collect her cool]

"Sorry, it's just...Modern art for me is a bit of a...berserk button."

[You apologize]

"No, I'm sorry. I shouldn't lash out at you like that. It's just...I find art is a lot like learning to walk. You have to learn to crawl before you learn to walk. Otherwise there might be problems down the line. This is clearly a sign through your portfolio."

[She pinches her eyes and sighs]

"Look, I know that this might seem boring to you. It has to be done however. Otherwise, if you can't get the fundamentals of drawing...you have no business being and Artist."

[Pause]

"It seems like I'm picking on you, but you have to start somewhere. I do however see potential. Think of it as like playing a musical instrument. If you learn how to do the basics correctly in the beginning you can go on and play the more difficult pieces later."

[Pause]

"This may seem like I'm a broken record player, just trust me. You'll thank me later."

[You ask how]

"Well...let's just say; I'm speaking out of experience."

[Your surprised]

"Shocking I know. Back then I had a lot of talent. I could actually draw some really good pieces. However, when I had a bit of "Creative block". I was stuck."

[SFX: Transforming into a regular slime]

"I was soo low, that I never wanted to take a human form ever again. I was so ashamed, I honestly felt like quitting."

[You asked what happened?]

"I didn't know what to do at first. It wasen't until my Art teacher...To put it nicely, gloated about working on the basics and to start from scratch."

[Pause]

[SFX: Transforming back]

"Don't think I do this out of malice she said, but maybe you should start from the basics."

[SFX: Bubbling slime]

"It nearly made me so mad, that I...I..."

[SFX: Steam release]

"*Sigh* Forget that...she was right though. So, if you are serious in taking up any kind of art afterwards. Weather it be working on cartoons or...whatever. Just never forget the fundamentals. If you go in, "Guns a 'blazing", you'll find yourself to be humbled Immediately."

[She gets closer to you]

"Trust me. Don't make the same mistakes that I made."

[You nod]

"Okay, so that we are copoietic, I'll let Mrs. Chase know that we had a little one-on-one."

[She backs up]

"Don't make me waste this speech on you, otherwise..."

[SFX: Pencil breaking]

[You nod nervously]

"*chuckle* Good, glad I got through to you. You may go."

[You walk away and accidently slamming the door behind you]

[SFX: Books and papers flying off the shelfs]

"Ugh. I don't get paid enough for this..."

[Fade to black]

Note: I hope that this script was good in his eyes if he is reading it. I just wanted to show the frustration of being a teacher, or even head of a dept. Anyway hope you enjoyed and have a lovely day/night.
