"*Inner Monologue* Okay, how did I get into this situation again. Think girl, think. Let's see, my BF wanted to do something special and I was all for it."

[Pause]

"*Inner monologue* Then he said that he had a special surprise. So the special surprise was a romantic date for two?!"

[She gets more flustered]

"Um...So this dinner for two that you planned. Any reason for it?"

[You nod]

"Oh, and what might that be?"

[You explain the reason]

"Oh? So you wanted to see what I would look like in a more...Formal dress?"

[She looks down]

"Sorry that this is as formal as I get."

[You say its fine]

"Thanks. I do appreciate your kind words."

[SFX: Kissing]

"So, this dress doesn't bother you?"

[You ask why?]

"Why? Well, it just feels like I underdress in such a fancy restaurant. Not to mention you taking me to this restaurant does raise one question..."

[She leans in and whispers in your ear]

"How are you able to afford this?"

[You mention the battles you won in the past]

"Oh, that's right. Your little winning streak...THAT BOUGHT THIS?!"

[SFX: Shushing]

"Sorry. Sorry."

[She leans in closer]

"Who did you battle to get this kind of reservations?"

[You mention the elite four]

"*Whispers* The Elite four?"

[You hold up 5 fingers]

"*Whispers* FIVE TIMES?!"

[You nod]

"So you seriously fought the elite four five times, became campion probably a few times in those runs. Just to take me here?"

[You nod]

"That is probably either the most clingiest or romantic thing someone has ever done for me."

[You ask how her Pokémon are]

"My Pokémon? Well, Edgar is doing fine last I checked."

[You raise an eyebrow]

"Well, just between us; I think he kind of misses you."

[She lowers her head and mumbles]

"I also missed you a lot."

[You say you miss her too]

"Thanks. Honestly being here with you, makes me feel more at ease. Almost as if I don’t have to prove anything to anyone.”

[You ask what she means.]

“What do I mean? Well for starters, everyone in this restaurant seems to be dressed up all fancy and all. I just feel out of place is all.”

[Pause]

“I know, I know. I shouldn’t dwell on the little things. It’s just…*Sigh* Being here, I feel like you should be with a beautiful woman. Instead of me.”

[You say that you are with a beautiful woman]

“*Blushes* Eh? You are? Who?”

[You point at her]

“Me? Beautiful? I…I…*Leans down head* Thank you.”

[You ask is there anything else new?]

“Anything else new? Well, I tried to make some more friends.”

[You ask how it go.]

“Sadly, just like the last few times. I failed miserably.”

[You pat her hand]

“Don’t get me wrong. I appreciate you as a boyfriend and all. It’s just…”

[Pause]

“I just want someone I can rely on. I often feel like I just burden you. I never want to-“

[SFX: Kissing passionately]

“Huh? What was that for?”

[You say she’s never a burden]

“I’m never a burden? Really?”

[You nod]

“Oh, thank you. Come here~”

[She kisses you passionately as the waiter coughs]

“Oh, our meal. I guess we should enjoy this. We might not get another chance like this.”

[You nod]

[SFX: Silverware cutting food]

“Say, this is really good. I’m surprised how well everything’s grilled. Not to mention how big everything is. Usually, in fancy restaurants like this they give you such small portions.”

[Pause]

“So do you want and dessert?”

[You shake your head]

“Huh? No dessert? That’s not like you.”

[You lean in for another kiss and say she’s sweet enough]

“I’m Sweet enough? *Blushes heavily* Sorry, I’m just not use to hearing a dad joke that bad from you.”

[The two of you laugh]

“But seriously, what do you want for dessert?”

[You point at a parfait vendor]

“Oh, a Parfait vendor. Sound lovely. Let’s go there to save a little money.”

[You nod]

“*Giggles* Just try not to get it too much on your face, like last time.”

[The two of you chuckle as it fades to black.]
