[Scene opens up with you in the library, with a pile of books]

[Chika is cheerfully walking into the library and finds you reading intently in one of the books]

"*Inner monologue* Oh, a student. Maybe I can convince them to play a game with me."

[She approaches you as she tries to surprise you.]

"Hello new friend!"

[You nearly jump out of your skin with that response]

"Hee-Hee. So tell me, you seem like a student would appreciate a new game? What do you say?"

[You kindly reject the offer]

"Aw, come on. I'll even invite you to the gaming club."

[You politely reject the offer]

"Hmph."

[You continue studding while Chika watches]

[SFX: Flipping pages]

"Don't mind me, just watching you work."

[You say ok]

"Say, I haven't notice this before but...there's a lot of energy drinks here. How long have you been in this library?"

[You ask in total or since I started working on these papers and exams.]

"For argument sake, let's just say since you've been working on these papers and exams."

[You tell her two days]

"That long?! At least tell me that you have taken a few breaks."

[You say for food and restroom]

"Only for food and restroom breaks? Okay that settles this, put that book down."

[She looks at you menacingly]

"I said; PUT...THE BOOK...DOWN!"

[You put it down]

"And close it."

[SFX: Book closing]

"Thank you. Now for starters, was there any other kind of breaks that you made?"

[You state other than the obvious freshening up]

"Well, yeah. I figure you wouldn't be in that same uniform for two days."

[She looks at you suspiciously]

"Or would you?"

[She looks at the uniform and finds out it's clean by the touch]

"Yep, clean as a whistle."

[You ask if there is a point to stopping you from working]

"Well, the point is. Did you sleep?"

[You look in confusion.]

"Did I stutter? I asked you if you slept in those two days of studying and working on papers?"

[You look down and say no. Knowing quite well, you can't bear to look at Chika's eyes when she's angry.]

"So you stayed up for two days, working on all of this and you didn't sleep?"

[You say it's complicated]

"It's complicated. Oh, yeah. Sure. That makes perfect sense."

[She leans in closer to you and whispers]

"As you can probably tell that is sarcasm. The reason I'm explaining like this is because after a few days without sleep, things start to not make sense to you."

[You say with that logic maybe your not here right now.]

[SFX: Paper smack on your head]

"Well, if I'm not real. Then that shouldn't hurt, right?"

[You see your point]

[SFX: chair pulling up]

"Look, I know this may come across a little bizarre me asking this; but are you ok?"

[You ask why would that be bizarre]

"Well, it's just...*sigh* I know I can come across as overbearing or brass or obnoxious or-"

[You say that she doesn't come across as that]

"Hm? I don't? Well, I do appreciate it. It's just, I can often interrupt things at inconvenient times Like with the President and Kaguya when they dance around their feelings."

[You say you knew about that]

"Well, duh! Everybody know about those two. I just come in at awkward times and interrupt them unintentionally. I mean the first few times, was entirely by accident."

[You say sure]

"It was. I swear."

[You mention that we seem to be getting off topic]

"Oh yeah. Back to your no sleep for two days. Are you ok?"

[You insist that your fine and just need to finish this]

"Are you? I mean, this is a lot of work for a few days to cram and finish."

[You say that you need to finish]

"What do you mean by, "You need to finish." If you "Need" anything right about now, It's sleep."

[You say that you can't afford it right now]

"Woah, didn't realize I just hit a sensitive spot. Maybe it's best if you start from the beginning. Why do you need to finish this, and why can you not afford to stop?"

[You say that your parents will kick you out if you don't do well]

"*Gasp* your parents said that?"

[You say that your running out of options]

"I mean, I guess I see where your coming from. If my parents threatened to kick me out, I'd be kind of desperate too."

[You say that your running out of options as you start to panic]

"Hey, hey, hey. There's no need to get worked up over this. I'm sure if you put your mind to it, you can get though this. I mean, it's not like your doing this ba-"

[She looks at some of the papers and put it back down]

"Oh. Well..."

[You say that you knew it, That it's hopeless]

"Hey I didn't say anything. Anyways, it's not hopeless. You just need to put a little more push into it. I'm sure you will do well."

[SFX: Head slamming desk]

"Woah, I guess those days of constant cramming finally caught up with you."

[She realizes that your still awake and hears you crying gently in the papers, trying to buffer the sadness.]

"Oh, my...I...Um...*Inner monologue* Man what do I do now? I got a student here all alone, crying because he might get kicked out. Think Chika, Think."

[She gently rubs your back and tries comforting you]

"You don't have to push yourself too much. If you want I can ask for an extension with all of this."

[You ask how?]

"How? Well...Ah, I know. I'll ask the president if he can talk to Principal Pescarolo to make an extension for your exams and papers. Will that help?"

[You ask if that will help, and would principal Pescarolo be willing to do this?]

[SFX: Shuffling papers]

"Well, by the looks of things here you seem to be almost done with your papers. I also notice that you have been cramming for your exam for two days straight as well. It wouldn't help his reputation if one of his students ended up with some issues because of a failed test."

[You ask what does she mean?]

"Oh, come on. I know who you are, at least I think it's you."

[SFX: Hair brushing]

"Yep, it's you. You look a little worse for wear-"

[You mention seriously?]

"I know, I know. Two days. It's just...*Sighs* You were in the top 10 for highest grades in the school. If the principal realized one of his best had a...let's say a panic attack. It wouldn't look good on the school record. Especially when you scored as high as you did."

[She rubs your back gently.]

"Trust me, we got you. You don't have to worry about this *under her breath* at least for a while."

[You hug her and gently cry on her shoulder]

"There, there. Shh. It's okay, just let it all out. You don't have to worry for now. Just let it all out."

[You thank her for doing this.]

"Why, it's my pleasure. I know I may come across as a "Lovable Goofball" but in truth, I want to help out as many students as possible, Just like President and kaguya."

[You ask if she will help you out]

"Eh? Me? Help you? Well...*inner monologue* Drat, I can't help this student out, I'm still exhausted by trying to help out the president playing volleyball, and singing. I just can't"

[You understand that you might be a lost cause]

"No, no, no, no. That's not what I thinking. It's just...Ah, I got it, What if I have Kaguya tutor you for the exams. That way your a shoe in to get back to your ranking."

[She puts her hand on your sholder]

"Trust me, she won't let you down."

[You hug her one last time as she gently hugs you back]

"okay, so make sure that you get plenty of rest ok?"

[You nod]

"Good, because your going to need it."

[She walks out as you pack up your stuff as it fades to black]
