Context: As you go down the list of things to do towards your Tomboy Princess, you find that she isn't in her usual chipper mood, after some time discussing with her she ends up confessing to you.

[Scene opens with you reading a list to your princess]

"Uh-Huh. Mm-Hm...Yeah yeah, I'm listening."

[You roll up the scroll and ask if you can talk to her honestly]

"Hm? What's in the change of attitude?"

[You state that that is your line]

"Well, it's just...*sigh* you ever wonder what t it would be like...Me not being a princess?"

[You don't follow]

"I just have been questioning a lot of things lately. Like why am I even a princess?"

[You state that your parents are king and queen]

"Yeah, yeah. I know, I know. My parent's are both king and queen. It's just...Well you know me. We knew each other since we were kids. Have you ever figure me as a Princess type."

[You state that there are many princesses]

"Oh yeah, Name one. Name me one princess that was as much as a brute as I was. One who was as casual as I was, One who was taught to defend herself and might I add also one who would rather not wear these stupid dresses all the time."

[You mention her grandmother]

"Okay, I kind of walked into that one."

[She looks down and sighs deeply]

"I can't believe I forgot my own grandmother in that lineup. I mean seriously, She's the one who initially suggested I learn some self defense moves."

[You ask if she still misses her]

"I mean, yeah. When she was queen before my parents became rulers, she would often come to me and say "No need to worry my dear. If you end up like your parents and rule compassionately; I'll be proud of you. If you end up ruling them as an equal as I did, I'll be proud of you. There's no shame in showing that you can be humble to your people." Man, she even had no issue when I didn't want to wear dresses."

[You say that you remember that]

"Yeah, to get away with it she asked the local tailor to make a gown like the one she wore back in her youth."

[You said that that dress really made you look pretty."

"*Blushes* Thanks, it was really roomy too. It had a few frills, just to please my parents but it was so comfy. I was surprised that such a dress could be made."

[She leans in with a smirk]

"Say~. Remember when we use to sneak out of the castle and go adventuring~?"

[You turn red as you try not to remember]

"Aw, come on. Those were really fun times. If I remember, a few of those times I asked you to be the damsel in distress. You were all like "Ew, why should I be the damsel?" and all I had to do was bat my eyes...Look at you and say "Pweeze? It would make me really happy~." and after five minutes of putting a dress on you I would be the royal Knight saving the young and beautiful Damsel in distress."

[You mention that you tried repressing those memories]

"Aw, really? To me those were the happiest times for me. Now, however I feel like it's all down hill from here."

[You ask why?]

"Why? Why?! Well for starters, we use to have so much freedom you and I. You were once a squire and I, but a mere princess. I mean seriously, when can we ever have any kind of fun like that again?"

[You say maybe when your a queen?]

"Oh, Har-dee-har-har. "When you become a queen" When I become a queen, I'll have less freedoms. *Under her breath* and less fun things to do with you."

[You ask if she said anything to which she looked flustered]

"I...uh...nothing. Anyways, can you even think of one thing that makes me; Me a good princess?"

[You mention the honorary princess day]

"Oh yeah, the honorary princess day. The one day of the year where I make a young maiden, or girl a princess for a day. *Sigh* It's always enjoyable seeing those young girls being a princess for a day. They look so happy."

[Pause]

"By the way, why do they enjoy being a princess so much? I mean, It's not all it's cracked up to be."

[You say that it's the idea of being a princess]

"*Laughs* The Idea of being a princess?! Well, if you put it like that; I guess you have a point."

[You say that the idea you had of a princess for a day is good PR anyways]

"Yeah, in order to seem like a worthy princess, one must share the burden with the people and make their wildest dreams come true."

[She leans down and moans]

"The cringe of that statement was too much for me."

[You ask if there is any bonus to being a princess]

"Well, outside of that Honorary princess day. There is that one thing that I do that the young men of our kingdom ask me to do."

[You ask her to go on]

"*Sighs* It's to help them with their proposals to their Girlfriends."

[You ask if it's a bad thing]

"Don't get me wrong, I'm more than happy to help with stuff like that. It's just, being a Wingman; or in this case a Wing princess, is kind of embarrassing on my part."

[You ask why]

"Well for starters I have to go in, All proper and say "Is, Samantha here this fine evening?"

[You question Samantha?]

"Silence, it's just a rhetorical name I'm using. They would come forth and say; "I am Samantha, my lady." To which I respond with "Let it be known that there is a fine young man here who wishes you to be your beloved." To which the guy comes out and proposes to the maiden."

[She facepalms at the next phrase]

"To witch they give the most cringe proposals I have ever heard of in my life."

[Pause]

"Ugh! and the maiden say "Yes of course my love, a thousand times yes." and they embrace, kiss, hug, and blah blah blah. It's just too much, that I go outside and try to hold the nauseous feeling I have in the pit of my stomach."

[You say it can't be that bad]

"I mean, I'm all for helping them out. Even making them temporary knights."

[You say temporary knights in confusion]

"Well, it was any girls dreams to have a "Knight In shining Armor" to sweep them off their feet's and "live happily ever after."

[She sighs for a moment until she realizes who she's talking to]

"*Bright red, clears throat* Anyways, that's pretty much what any girl dreams of."

[You ask her if that's what she dreams of]

"Me? Dream of that? *Pfft*"

[she laughs a little]

"Come on man. What knight would honestly be like that for me? Let alone get the blessing from my parents?"

[You look at her as she nervously laughs it of]

"Let me guess, you found a young maiden and you want me to be your wing princess. Am I right?"

[You mention that there is a girl that you like]

"Oh, T-there is someone you like?"

[She looks a little down after saying that but you respond that it's never meant to be.]

"I-its never meant to be? D-does this girl know you like her?"

[Your not sure, nor do you want to bother her with your troubles]

"Come on. We've been friends forever. You told me things that I didn't want to know, and I did the same. What could possibly be that would be troublesome about it?"

[You ask if she's interested in anyone?]

"Huh? Me? I...I..."

[She clears her throat again]

"You are changing the subject and I wish to not humor you with an answer."

[You lift her up in a bridal position]

"Ah, Hey! Let me go! Seriously, this not cool! Please put me down!"

[You refuse still playing with her in this position]

"PUT...ME...DOWN...NOW!!!"

[Still not listening you swing her a little as she clenches to the little bit of fabric in your clothes]

"*Looking down* please? I really want to go down now."

[She seems more willing to hear you out, you ask her on one condition]

"And what condition is that?"

[You ask her who her crush is?]

"Huh? Why should I do that? I am your princess, and I order you to-

[You swing her a little more to which she yelps and clinches to you]

"All right, All right. I'll tell you, I'll tell you. Just put me down."

[You let her down]

[SFX: slamming sound]

"OW! I meant gently you...you...Why are you that close?"

[You ask her who is she interested in?]

"Okay, I'll tell you."

[She stand up and brushes herself off]

"If you must know, there is someone I'm interested in. The problem is however, I feel that he is in love with another."

[You ask who?]

"*under her breath* I-It's you."

[You say pardon?]

"Its you! You dummy!"

[She sits down leaning her head as she starts to cry]

"I get that there's rules, and honestly I wanted to be a normal girl so badly so that I might have the chance to find my Knight in shining armor. Before you ask, Yes I am referring to you."

[She sniffles as she continues]

"My parent's would probably not approve you as a proper suitor and knowing that...My heart aches. I get that there's probably some young, hot, maiden that has cached your fancy, but knowing that I don't stand a chance...It's...It's..."

[She starts crying more profusely]

"It's hurts so much."

[She is still crying as you approach her, you take off your armor]

[SFX: armor hitting the ground]

"Huh? Wh-what are you doing?"

[You hug her and rub her back gently]

"Not that I would object to this, but..."

[You lift up her chin]

"H-huh? What are you-"

[You kiss her gently and confess to her]

"Wait, you love me to?"

[You say yes]

"So the girl that was never meant to be was...Me?"

[You nod]

"Oh...um...I see."

[You say that you were initially going to confess to her in front of the gardens]

"You were going to confess to me in front of the gardens?"

[You mention in front of the sunflowers]

"*Blushes* I-in front of the Sunflowers?!"

[You nod]

"You realize what that means don't you?"

[You indeed know what that means]

"The very same sunflower garden that your family worked on for generations. Not to mention all the superstitions around it."

[You say superstitions in a confused manner]

"*Sniffle* Well...The story goes that if you purpose or confess your feelings in front of the sunflower garden, you well be lovers forever. Are...Are you ok with me being your one true love?"

[He kisses you deeply and says yes, that he has been in love with you for a very long time]

"You...you really do love me. Well, my parent's might not accept our love; but I don't care. Come here royal Knight."

[She kisses you gently]

"*Giggle* You know, when the Captain put you on Royal princess duty, I didn't think you would enjoy it."

[You ask why]

"Well, there was talk that you would steal the hearts of young maidens, and leave them high and dry."

[You assure her that the only heart that is stolen is yours by her.]

"H-Huh? The only heart that was stolen was yours...And by...Me?"

[You nod]

"Well, I'll be sure to take care of your heart brave knight. For you have also stolen my heart as well."

[She leans in closer]

"Maybe one day, our love will truly shine."

[She kisses you]

"Now than, what is next on my agenda?"

[You pick up the list and read on as it fades to black]
