[Scene opens up with you in the vet's office]

[Lucky is really anxious being in the office]

"Master, you sure that things will be ok?"

[You say it will be fine]

"But what if she doesn't like me, or says I'm a bad girl?"

[You assure her that she won't]

"But how do you know master?"

[You say because she was looking forward to meeting you]

"She was looking forward to meeting me? I don't know..."

[You rub her back gently and ask her if that's the only thing she's afraid of]

"Yes? No? *Sighs* I don't know. *Whimper*"

[You continue to comfort her]

"I mean, I hear about this thing of "Putting to sleep" from the neighbor dog, and he said "Dogs go in, but they don't come out." Does that mean when they put me to sleep I won't see you again?"

[She whimpers again and you reassure her that isn't going to be put to sleep]

"Are you sure master? But what if-"

[Her ears perk up as she hears someone coming]

"Oh, Master who's that?"

[You say it's one of the nurses]

"One of the nurses, what's a nurse?"

[You hear the nurse call lucky's name]

"Master, she knows my name. Hi Mrs. Nurse, I'm Lucky! What's your name?"

[She comes over and ask her to come this way]

"Mrs. Nurse, where are we going?"

[She takes her by the arm and takes her away]

"Wait, Mrs. Nurse where are you taking me? MASTER, MASTER. WHERE'S MRS. NUSRE TAKING ME? MASTER!!!"

[She's waiting, in the office for the Vet to come in]

"*Shaking*D-d-d-d-don't worry lucky, Master said that the girl was a very nice girl. She's here to help you. I think"

[SFX: Door opening]

"*Gasp* W-who are you?"

[The vet introduces herself]

"Y-y-your that lady that was talking to master."

[She nods and ask if she's lucky]

"Y-y-y-yes. That's m-m-m-my name."

[She asks lucky a few questions]

"My previous owners? Well...I thought they were really kind to me, but master said that they were not. Something about they shouldn't treat me like they did."

[She asks what does lucky mean]

"Well for starters. I thought the name they gave me; "Stupid" was a very pretty name. Master said that they were making fun of me with that name. Also, when I told my story, they were either going to sell me to an Underground dogfighting ring or put me to sleep."

[She says that's horrible]

"*Whimper* Mrs. Vet lady, Your not going to put me to sleep are you?"

[She says the chances of that are very slim]

"Oh, ok."

[She starts to clean lucky's arm with a alcohol wipe]

"Um, what are you going to do with that?"

[She says that first she needs to draw some test]

"Test? But I didn't study."

[She says it'll be fine and just look at the flowers out the window and sit still]

"Hm? Flowers? *In awe of the garden outside* They are really pretty, I think I see some roses, some daisies and some tulips and-"

[The vet say's it's all done]

"What is?"

[Lucky turns over to the doctor]

"Hey, doc. What's that red stuff?"

[She tell her that it's something for her test]

"Oh...Okay, so what now?"

[She asks lucky if she's a brave girl]

"Yeah of course I'm a brave girl. There was this one time where master was in trouble from these scary looking squirrels and I barked at them and they ran away."

[She ask her to close her eyes and not to cry if she feels a pinch on her arm]

"Hm? Close my eyes. Okay. *Closes eyes* And what was that about a *Given vaccine* Ow! What was that for?!"

[She says that she's all done and that lucky can go back to her master]

"Oh, that's it. Okay I guess. Can I ask you something before I go?"

[She's surprised but asked what would she like to know?]

"W-was I....a good girl?"

[She pats her head and says she was a very good girl]

"*Giggles* Thank you, I can't wait to tell my master."

[Lucky leaves the office and returns to you]

"Master!"

[She hugs you and kisses you]

"Oh, that nice lady said I was a good girl. I was super brave, and told her about the Squirrels and we looked at pretty flowers and...and..."

[She kisses you as she continues]

"Did you miss me master?"

[You nod]

"I'm glad, I was worried that you were not going to miss me."

[You go over to the desk to book another appointment next year]

[SFX: Scribbling on a piece of paper]

"Hm? Master what are you doing?"

[You say that your setting up an appointment for next year]

"Next year? Aw, but she was so nice. Is there any chance I can see her before then?"

[You say we'll see]

"We'll see? *Hmph* That usually means no."

[You ask her if she's ready to go home]

"I guess. What will we do then?"

[You figure maybe snuggling with her and watching some netflix]

"Snuggling and Netflix. Well, I have no objections. Just no British baking. That show makes me hungry."

[You say fine as the two of you walk out of the office]

"Oh, maybe we can get pizza. Or-or Cheeseburgers, or Taco's, or Hot dogs or..."

[You say anything is fine so long as she's with you]

"Eh? Your fine with anything so long as I'm with you? Oh, master."

[She hugs you and kisses you as it fades to black]
