INTERIOR : Lawyer's Bedroom - Night Time

A rookie criminal in the making Y/N targeted the first house that caught her eyes in the area, desperation forced her to follow through with her plans despite her feverish state. She managed to enter the home undetected and is currently in one of the massive rooms on the second floor when all of a sudden her body shuts down and succumbs to her illness.

*V/A sound asleep. Light/heavy snores/making cute noises as you are sleeping*

-short pause-

🔊 Loud thud

*It awakens V/A. Mumbling incohorent words as you awake at the disturbance*

🔊 You propped yourself up on bed in a lazy manner, letting your eyes adjust to the darkness of the room. Rustling of bedsheets/ bed squeaking. Let your eyes adjust to the darkness of the room. You see an unmoving shadowy figure on the floor just a few inches away from your bed which awakened you fully.

**sleepy/unbothered/aloof tone** Hey dumbass! I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but you picked the wrong residence to mess with. Whoever you are, I suggest that you take yourself off my property at once. I hate to send a badly beaten person to rot in jail at this ungodly hour.

**pondering tone** Consider my subtle warning as a... *short pause, thinking of the right word* token of my generosity.

**exasperated/annoyed tone** Well? Why are you still plastered on my floor? Please save us both the trouble and sashay away from my sight.

**encouraging tone**If you leave now, you'll have enough time on your hands to find and victimize another household in this area. Take my advice and throw your ass out with dignity. Do not let the door hit you on your way out.

**matter of fact/boastful tone** Base on my extensive knowledge of the law, Burglary is a second degree felony in this state and you could land yourself more or less, 20 years in prison.

**firm warning tone** You have been warned by me incessantly, now it's about time that I show you what I do with stubborn people who ignores my displeasure. Listen carefully... I will peel you off my goddamn floor and get you acquainted with my bare knuckles, until you beg me to stop.

**mocking tone** Oh! You're a natural at this... you're a natural at losing consciousness when caught in the act. If you think playing dead like a pesky cockroach will save you from me, think again.

**condescending tone** In my line of work as a prominent lawyer, I have dealt with numerous plaintiffs and defendants harrowing sequence of events before a crime unfolds. I am one step ahead of you, I know that something's up your sleeve .

**playful tone** You are just waiting for the right moment where I would let my guard down and then you'll whack me with whatever concealed weapon you have on you. *you laugh a little*

**condescending tone** Tsk tsk... I pity you for your lack of professionalism. Donning up an all black ensemble with a balaclava over your head, aren't the only requirements to be a seasoned crook. The art of stealthiness is a must have for every burglars' arsenal, yet... *short pause* you gracelessly face planted on my wooden floor.

**nonchalant tone** Let's remove this mask off your head shall we? I want to get a closer look at my bloody masterpiece once I'm done bashing your head in. Now this part is going to hurt, say hello to my fist... **\* drag out whisper on *fist\*, mask off, burglar is a woman, V/A stunned for a sec***

**disbelief tone** What the?! You have got to be kidding me!

*big sigh* ugh!!

**exasperated tone** Hey miss, wake up! come on, wake up.

**frustrated calm tone** I know you can hear me, but I can barely make sense of what you're rambling just now.

**resigned flustered tone** Guess it can't be helped, I suggest a temporary truce, since you're delicious... I mean, delirious. Your exposed skin is flushed and hot to my touch, clearly, you are running a fever.

🔊 grunt sound as you lift y/n and walk toward your bed. Footsteps on wood floor

**resigned soft tone** Stop wriggling off my hold, I won't do you harm. I am just carrying you back to my bed. Shh...shh... calm down you're alright, I'm here now, I am going to nurse you back to health since you're incapable of doing it on your own.

🔊 Bed creaking, sheets rustling

**authoritative caring tone** Stay on this bed, you hear me? nod if you heard me *y/n nods* good. I need you to be an obedient girl and wait for me, while I get a soaked washcloth and medicine for you.

🔊 Fill basin with water, wring washcloth and open cabinets to look for medicine, glass of water

**soft caring tone** We have to lower your body temperature and to do that, I have to remove some of your clothing so that I could use the washcloth to cool you off effectively, is that alright with you? nod if you heard me *y/n nods*

**flustered tone**nod again for confirmation.

🔊 Bed creaking, cloth rustling, wringing washcloth with water, wiping skin. Wring washcloth and pretend wiping something for a couple of secs.

**soft caring tone** Here, you need to take this medication, open your mouth for me, that's it... swallow the pill. Do you want water? nod if you want water *y/n nods* Alright, here is your glass of water, I need you to sit up for me *y/n is too weak to sit up*

**questioning tone**you can't?...

**flustered tone** Listen to what I'm about to do, this is not kissing, I am just trying to let you sip water directly thru my mouth, since you are too weak to sit up and drink water on your own, nod if you understand *y/n nods* good.

**soft relieved tone** Now that's over and done with, you can rest now, I'll tuck you snuggly under the covers and watch over you while you sleep alright.
