Context: A Dragon girl is reading her book in the park one day, when a young child; Aspiring to become a brave Knight challenges you. To not hurt their feelings, you play along and even give them some tips on how to become a brave Knight.

[Scene opens up in a park, on a bright sunny day]

[You walk over to the dragon girl with a wooden sword pointing at her as she is reading a book]

"Hm? Oh, hello there. What brings you here?"

[Still pointing the sword at her, you say that you wish to slay the dragon]

"Slay the dragon?"

[She looks you over and chuckles a little]

"Let me guess, you wish to be a royal knight one day. Am I correct?"

[You try to show your bravery by not backing down]

"Listen here kid. As much as I would love to chat with you, I'd prefer to enjoy my book in peace and quiet. Now go run along to the other children and...do whatever kids do these days."

[You trying to show your bravery refuse to yield]

"*Sigh* I can tell that this is going to take some enforcement"

[She takes a deep breath and gently blows on the tip of your wooden sword, singeing the very tip of it as if to not burn it]

"Now, I have tried to be as nice as possible but even I have my limits. Go...Play...with...the...other...kids..."

[You try to hold back the tears, and try to raise your wooden sword but fail to do both]

"*Sigh* I guess I'm not going to finish my book today."

[SFX: book closing]

[She gets close to you and kneels down beside you]

"Look, I admire your bravery. This alone however cannot make you into a brave, noble, or even a royal knight."

[You ask if there is a difference]

"Well, many fall into one of the three categories. Honestly, I've never meet someone who was all three. Judging by your looks...and choice of apparel, I' d wager that you would at best qualify for the first and third category."

[Pause]

"Now tell me, Why do you want to become a knight?"

[You mention that you want to rescue damsels and to stand for Justice, and take down all those who would harm others]

"Kind of a cliché reason if I do say so myself. I mean, don't get me wrong. Saving damsels and those who would harm others are well justified reasons, but without the important thing; the most key thing in fighting; you will always lose."

[You ask what does she mean]

"I mean love."

[You make an eww gesture]

"No, I don't mean that love."

[She lifts up the book and taps it a few times]

"Or the type of love you read in these *Ugh* Romantic Comedy books. I mean true love. The most purest of love."

[Still unable to follow she explains more]

"Ok, let me give you an example. When you were little, and your mother washed, fed, and clothed you, why do you think that she did this?"

[Pause]

"How many times have you ever thanked her for it? More importantly, how many times have you given her something in return for this?"

[You continue to think as she lifts up your chin]

"You see, True Love; in all it purities is when Someone scarifies something weather it is time, money, sleep, etc. etc., and expect nothing in return."

[Pause]

"Real knights, Ture knights never look for thanks or appreciation or even glory for what they do. They do it for the ones they love; The people they serve."

[You try to hold back the tears still as you fill up with emotion]

"They don't do the things they do just to throw away their lives or to even be brave. In fact, many of them are extremely frightened when they face against their obstacles. Either it being a Dragon, *under her breath* or in your case, dragon girl *Back to normal taking* a wildfire, a natural disaster, or a tyrant ruling with an Iron fist."

[She wipes your tears away]

"They do so, because they believe it's the right thing to do. For the people they love."

[You try to smile as she hugs you]

"Now, you still have a lot of growing to do. So take my words seriously when I say, there is no rush to grow up, just for you to say "I should of..." or "I could of..." Just enjoy the time you have now."

[She gives you a kiss on the forehead]

"Now go, young one. Have fun."

[You ask if she is willing to play with you]

"Huh? Play with you? What would make you want to play with me?"

[You state that her wisdom makes her cool?]

"C-c-c-c-c-cool? Me? I assure you, I am far from cool."

[She says as she blushes bright red]

"Besides, all I ever think of as fun is reading..."

[You ask if she is willing to read to you then.]

"Read to you? Are you sure?"

[You nod]

"Okay, let's see if there's something that might just interest you. Maybe something on the lines of a brave Knight saving a kingdom?"

[You nod as you wait to hear what she might have]

"I think I just might have the one."

[SFX: Book opening]

[She begins to read a story as it fades to black]

[The End]
