I've experimented with Ash on and off for the last year, cycling it when I need it. I've primarily done 300mg taken as two doses (gummies), but I think the next time I try it I'd like to take 600mg to try and get the testosterone-boosting benefits (I've never taken more than 450mg in one day)
My questions are...
Should I take 600mg in pill form? If so, is there a particular brand people recommend?
Is that kind of dose better taken in the morning or at night shortly before bedtime?
Again, keep in mind, I will likely only take this periodically, during high stress periods, to reset a little after high stress, or during travel when I'm both stressed and jetlagged (I find it helps me sleep)
