I really enjoyed these last two chapters. It was a bit of insight into how the Count is kind of creating his illusions of connections and power. Just a different perspective than we have previously seen.
How do you think the Count is going to use these two new players to his advantage?
This is the first time we've seen the Count obviously offering money to people to get to play a part for him. Do you think that these two individuals will do will with their role? Or maybe they are going to be bad actors?
I'm also wondering how the Count choose people to bring in like this? He can't just pick any random poor person and assume that they would be willing to lie for a bit of cash.
